4. மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் ச ட் ட த் தி ன் 1 0 ( 2 A) பி ரி வி ன் கீ ழ் , இ ந் த ஆ ணை ை ய ப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு சென்னை, தொழிற் தீர்ப்பாயம் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

"1982 ஆண்டை அடிப்படையாக கொண்ட புள்ளியில் 800 புள்ளிகளுக்கு மேல் உள்ள ஒவ்வொரு புள்ளிகளுக்கும் தற்போது அளித்து வரும் தலா ரூபாய் 6/- என்பதை மாற்றி தலா ரூபாய் 10/- அளிக்க கோரும் தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானது தானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவுகள் பிறப்பிக்க.
