Variation to the Approved Vandiyur Bit-I Detailed Development Plan No. 1 of Madurai Local Planning Area

In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (1) of Section 33 of Town and Country Planning Act 1971, (Act No. 35 of 1972) the Director of Town and Country Planning, in the proceeding Roc. No. 316/2021/DP/TCP-I, Dt:- /09/2021 proposes to make the following individual draft variation for Conversion of Park into Residential Use in S.F.No. 31/2Dpt (Total Extent of 31/2D is 2.50 Acres) - Extent :- 2.50 Acres - Vandiyur Bit -I Village - Madurai East Taluk - Madurai Corporation -Madurai District to the Approved Vandiyur Bit - I Detailed Development Plan No.1 of Madurai Local Planning Area by Director of Town and Country Planning, Proceeding in Roc. No.14597/2009IDP2, Dated :05.03.2010 and the fact of this approval in Form No. 12 published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 19, Part-VI-Section-1 , Page No. 162, dated:- 19-05-2010, Publication No. VI (1)/195/2010.

2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of this notifi cation in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Assistant Director/ Member Secretary, Madurai District Town and Country Planning Offi ce / Madurai Local Planning Authority any objection and suggestions relating thereto.

3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during offi ce hours at the above said Local Planning Authority Offi ce.

I. Where the expression Map No. 4, DDP (MR) / DTCP No. 05/2010 occurs the expression of DDP (V)/DTCP No.14/12021 shall be added at the end and to be read with.

2. Based on the variation, the details specified in Approved Vandiyur Bit-I Detailed Development Plan No.1 the In Schedule - IV (Form No.7) shall be deleted or substituted accordingly.

3. The draft made enforceable from the date of publication of the confi rmed variation notifi cation to be issued u/s 33(2) of the Act in TNGG.

No. 244/2021 In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the following (i) 4 Deputy Tahsildars in Ranipet District and (ii) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Ramanathapuram District, to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 120 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
