ACQUISITION OF LANDS
NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 15 OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 (TAMIL NADU ACT 34/2002)

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below have to be acquired for Highways purpose of widening and strengthening of Singaperumal Koil to Sriperumbudur Road at Vadagal–B, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer, Construction and Maintenance, Highways Department after considering the cause shown by the owner (or) other person having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 16793 sq.mts of dry and Ryotwari Wet lands in Vadagal-B Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, Kancheepuram District for widening and strengthening of Singaperumal Koil to Sriperumbudur Road.
The plan of the lands is kept in the Offi ce of the District Revenue Offi cer, Kancheepuram and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below have to be acquired for Highways purpose to wit for widening and strengthening of Vadalur to Walajabad Road in No.173, Devariyambakkam Village, Walajabad Taluk, Kancheepuram District and it has already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (Construction and Maintenance), Highways Department, Chennai after considering the cause shown by the owner (or) other person having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 04288 sq.mts of Government Ryotwari wet lands in No. 173, Devariyambakkam Village, Walajabad Taluk, Kancheepuram District for Highways purpose of widening and strengthening of Vadalur to Walajabad Road.
The plan of the lands is kept in the Offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (LA), Oragadam Industrial Park Road Infrastructure Scheme at Sriperumbudur and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.
