Notice under Section 15(1) of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34, of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below have to be acquired for Highways purpose to formation of By Pass Road to Tiruvallur Town k.M. 0/0-6/546 at No.74, Periyakuppam Village and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer, Highways Department and after having considered the cause shown by the owners or other persons having interest in the said lands, as the case may be do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002)

NOTIcE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 19714 Sq.mts., to be the same a little more or less are needed for Highways purpose to formation of By-Pass Road to Tiruvallur Town.

Variation to the Approved Master Plan for Madurai Local Planning Area

(Roc. No. 4826/2018 MP2)

No. VI(1)/306/2021.

1. In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and Government Order in G.O. Ms. No. 94, Housing and Urban Development [UD4 (1)] Department, dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part-II—Section 2, Page No. 228 dated 15.07.2009, the following variations are made to the Master PIan for Madurai Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department, II(2)/HOU/645/95 at Page Nos.190 and 191 of Part-Il—Section-2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 02.02.1995.

Variation

2. In the said Master Plan in Part-Il "Land Use Schedule" under Mathur Village (Madurai East Panchayat Union) of Madurai East Taluk, Village Number and Name 179,Velliangundram Bit-IV (Mathur) under the heading VI Agricultural use zone to I. Residential use zone under heading b.Mixed Residential use Zone.

3. Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone, all other Survey Numbers included in this Village S.F.Nos.124/1B, 124/2, and S.F.Nos. 125/1A, 125/2 shall be deleted in S.F.No.124 and S.F.No.125 respectively.

4. Against the entry to I. Residential use zone S.F. Nos.124/1B, 124/2 and S.F. Nos.125/1A,125/2 shall be substituted.

Variation to the Approved Master Plan for Madurai Local Planning Area

No. VI(1)/307/2021.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following variations to the approved Master Plan of the Madurai Local Planning Area under the said Act and issued in G.O. Ms. No. 122, Housing and Urban Development [UD4] Department, dated 06.02.1995 and Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 7, Part II—Section-2, Page 190-191, dated 22.02.1995.

Variation

In the said Master Plan in Part II "LAND USE ScHEDULE" in Thathankulam Village of Madurai East Panchayat Union, Madurai East Taluk and Madurai District under the heading VI Agricultural use zone to I Residential use zone the following entries should be made.

Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone S.No. 9/2 shall be deleted.

Against the entry 'I' Residential use zone S.No. 9/2 shall be added.

Variation of the Consented Master Plan for the Tirunelveli Local Planning Area

(Roc.No.3068/2021/ TVLD3)

No. VI(1)/308/2021.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 24 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) the Government in their G.O.(2D) No.166, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(l)] Department dated 21.12.2018 has been permitted change of land use of certain survey numbers making the following variation to the consented Master Plan for the Tirunelveli Local Planning Area under the said Act vide G.O. Ms. No. 224, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(l)] Department, dated 13.10.2010 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 45 Part VI—Section 1 Page No. 346, dated 17th November 2010.

Variation

In the said consented Tirunelveli Master Plan in the Volume III Land use schedule Village No. 65 Munnirpallam Village under the heading Agriculture use zone, Survey No.1182 part deleted.

In the Land use Schedule Sl.No.27 Village No. 65, Munnirpallam Village, Newly Inserted II commercial use zone under the above Heading Survey No.1182/1A3B shall be added.

Variations to the Approved Master Plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area

(Roc. No. 8000/2017/LPA-1)

[G.O.(2D) No. 82, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 11-06-2019]

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of the powers conferred by the G.O. Ms. No. 94, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27 Part—II, Section 2, Page No. 228, dated 15.07.2009 the following variations are made to the Master Plan for the coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/Housing/ 4377/94 at page 1078 of Part-II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 9th November 1994.

Variations

In the said Master Plan, in the "LAND USE ScHEDULE" under the heading "cOIMBATORE LOcAL PLANNING AREA (OTHER THAN COIMBATORE CORPORATION AREA) under the sub heading (b) Non Notified Detailed Development Plan Area in Perur Taluk, Thondamuthur Village.

(i) Against the entry "AGRICULTURAL (AG-20)" for the expression "325-333" shall be deleted and the expression "328" (Except 328/2) shall be substituted 325-328, 329 to 333.

(ii) Against the entry "RESIDENTIAL" for the expression 328/2 shall be added after the entry 323 part

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) The Governor of Tamil Nadu here by makes the following variations to the Review Approved Master Plan of the kancheepuram Local Planning Area under the said Act and issued in G.O.(Ms).No.139 H & UD [UD4(2)] dated 10.05.2002, Notification No.21, at Page No.310 of Part-II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 29th May 2002.

Draft Variation

In the said Master Plan in "LAND USE SHEDULE" in Orikkai Village, Page No. 77 under the heading Mixed Residential use zone and Agricultural use zone the following entries should be made.

Against the entry of Mixed Residential Use Zone, after the expression 223 the expression 292/1 shall be added Against the entry of Agricultural Use Zone for the expression 278 to 293 the expression 278 to 291, 292 (Except 292/1) 293 shall be substituted.
