Amendment to the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Regulations, 1954.

No. SRO- B 59/2021.--In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to clause (3) of Article 320 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission Regulations, 1954 (Volume-I of the Tamil Nadu Services Manual, 1987).

2. The amendment hereby made shall be deemed to have come into force on the 28th February 2020.

In the said Regulations, in ANNEXURE I-A, under the heading "B, SUBORDINATE SERVICES'', under item 3, in sub-item (viii), for the expression ''Science Assistant in Seismological observatory Lab in the Tamil Nadu Engineering Subordinate Service'', the following expression shall be substituted, namely:-

''Science Assistant in Seismological Observatory Lab, Junior Draughting Offi cer and Assistant Draughtsman in the Tamil Nadu Engineering Subordinate Service.''
