AMENDMENT TO THE TAMIL NADU AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE MARKETING (REGULATION) ACT, [G.O. Ms. No. 197, Agriculture and Farmers Welfare [AM2(1)], 18th November 2021,

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 65 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Schedule of the said Act.

In the said Schedule, in column (2), against the entry '' IV. Fibres'', in column (1) thereof,-
(a) the entry ''1. Cotton (Kapas)" shall be omitted; and
(b) for the entry "2. Coconut coir", the entry "Coconut coir" shall be substituted.

1987ஆம் ஆண்டு தமிழ் நாடு வேளாண் விளைபொருளைச் சந்தைப்படுத்துதல் (முறைப்படுத்துதல்) சட்டத்தின் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம் 27/1989) பிரிவு 65&ல் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் மேற்படி சட்டத்தின் அட்டவணைக்கு பின்வரும் திருத்தத்தினை வெளியிடுகிறார்.
திருத்தம்.
மேற்குறித்த அட்டவணையில், கலம் 1-ல் உள்ள ''IV. நூலிழைகள்'' என்ற பதிவுக்கெதிரே கலம் (2)-ல், உள்ள& (அ) ''1. பருத்தி (கபாஸ்)'' என்ற பதிவு நீக்கம் செய்யப்படுகிறது.
(ஆ) ''2. தேங்காய் நார்'' என்ற பதிவுக்குப் பதிலாக ''தேங்காய் நார்'' என்ற பதிவு மாற்றீடு செய்யப்படுகிறது:
சி. சமயமூர்த்தி, வேளாண்மை உற்பத்தி ஆணையர், மற்றும் அரசுச் செயலாளர்.
