(545)—1 2 TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY

Amendment

In the said Rules, for rule 5, the following rule shall be substituted,namely:-

"5. Reservation for Women Councillors.- In every Standing Committee, not less than fifty per cent of the members of the Standing Committee shall be reserved for elected women councilors.".
