NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 4 OF THE TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997 (TAMIL NADU ACT 10 OF 1999)

Under sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu do hereby as per G.O. Ms. No. 23, Industries (SIPCOT-LA) Department, dated 03-02-2020 withdraws from acquisition of lands specifi ed in the Schedule below in respect of which notice under sub-section (1) of Section (3) of the said Act published by the Industries Department at page No.7 of Part No. II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 252, dated 02-06-2016. The actual possession of which was not taken by, or on behalf of the Government.
