WITHDRAWAL FROM NOTIFICATION

Under sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purpose Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby withdraws from acquisition of the lands / lands specifi ed in the Schedule below in respect of which notice under sub-section (1) of Section 3 was published by the Transport Department at page No.1 to 5, Part II—Section 2, of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary No. 404, dated the 12-12-2018, the actual possession of which was not taken by, or on behalf of the Government.
