[G.O. (D). No. 141, Highways and Minor Ports (HF2), 20th October 2021, ஐப்பசி 3, பிலவ, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2052] No. II(2)/HWMP/805/2021.—The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below are required for the purpose of provision of Project facilities such as Bus Bay, wjunction improvement at Grade Rotary to Chennai Outer Ring Road Phase-II at No.132. Periyamullaivoyal Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (Construction and Maintenance), Highways Department and after having considered the cause shown by the owners or other persons having interest on such lands, as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the Wet land specifi ed in the schedule below measuring to an extent of 2167 Sq.mts. for the purpose of provision of Project facilities for Outer Ring Road Phase-II at No.132. Periyamullaivoyal Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District.

No.II(2)/LWSD/808/2021.— WHEREAS, the Governor of Tamil Nadu is satisfi ed that public interest requires that the "Automobile Manufacturing Industry" should be declared as public utility service for the purposes of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 (Central Act XIV of 1947);

No.II(2)/HFW/807/2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Tamil Nadu Homoeopathy System of Medicine and Practioners of Homoeopathy Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 5 of 1972) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby nominate Dr. K. Chandran as President of Tamil Nadu Homoeopathy Medicial Council in the place of (Late) Dr. R. Gnanasambandam, Chennai from among the members who are registered practioners of the Homoeopathy Medicial Council as per the recommendation of Executive Committee of Tamil Nadu Homoeopathy Medical Council.
