NOTIcE UNDER SEcTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHwAYS AcT, 2001(TN AcT 34 OF 2002) READ wITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND AcqUISITION LAwS(REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) AcT, 2019

The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the land specified in the Schedule below and situated in the Oragadam Town in the Taluk of Ambattur in district of Chennai are required for widening of road in Highways purpose for formation of road widening of six lane from four lane from Thirunindravur to Padi in Chennai - Tiruthani - Renigunda Road and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the land is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Chief Engineer (Construction and Maintenance), Highways Department after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands, as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTIcE
Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 0.05.41 Hectares or 541 Square meters of dry lands to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways for formation of Widening of six lane from four lane from Thirunindravur to Padi in Chennai – Tiruthani – Renigunda Road Project located Oragadam (Ward A) Town in Ambattur Taluk of Chennai District.
The Plan of the lands is kept in the office of the Special District Revenue Officer (Land Acquisition), Chennai - Tiruthani - Renigunda Road Widening Project, Chennai-54 and in the office of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), (Unit - II) Chennai – Tiruthani - Renigunda Road Widening Project, Avadi and may be inspected at any time during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit for the formation of Approach Road to Heavy Engineering Hub Project by TIDCO and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation Limited. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTIcE
Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 26404 sq.mtr. to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation of Approach Road to Heavy Engineering Hub Project by the Tamil Nadu Industrial Development Corporation Limited.
The plan of the lands are kept in the office of the Land Acquisition officer / District Revenue Officer, Tiruvallur and at the office of Special Tahsildar (LA), Heavy Engineering Hub, Minjur may be inspected on any day during office hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit for the purpose of Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited situated in 52.Narimanam Village, Nagapattinam Taluk, Nagapattinam District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited. NOTIcE

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the land/lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit to the expansion of Cheyyar SIPCOT situated in 134. Mathur Village of Vembakkam Taluk in the District of Tiruvannamalai, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by SIPCOT. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 3.69.5 Hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for the expansion of Cheyyar SIPCOT situated in 134. Mathur Village of Vembakkam Taluk in the District of Tiruvannamalai.
The plan of the land/lands is/are kept in the office of the Collector, Tiruvannamalai may be inspected on any day during office hours.
