MUNICIPAL ADMINISTRATION AND WATER SUPPLY DEPARTMENT

நாகர்கோவில் மாநகராட்சியுடன் அருகில் உள்ள தெங்கம்புதூர் மற்றும் ஆளூர் பேரூராட்சிகளை இணைத்து எல்லை விரிவாக்கம் - உறுதி செய்தல் - பற்றிய அறிவிக்கை.

In exercise of the powers conferred by the fi rst proviso to sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Nagercoil City Municipal Corporation Act, 2019 (Tamil Nadu Act 11 of 2019), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, after consultation with the Municipal Corporation of Nagercoil, hereby alters the limits of the city of Nagercoil so as to include therein the entire area comprised in the following local authorities, the draft of the same having been previously published, as required under the second proviso to sub-section (1) of the said section 3:—

2. Based on the above inclusion, wards will be divided for the next ordinay election.

2019-ஆம் ஆண்டு நாகர்கோவில் மாநகராட்சி சட்டத்தின் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம் 11/2019) 3-ஆம் பிரிவின் (1)-ஆம் உட்பிரிவின் முதல் வரம்புரையில் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள், நாகர்கோவில் மாநகராட்சியுடன் கலந்தாலோசித்த பின்னர், மேற்சொன்ன 3-ஆம் பிரிவின் (1)ஆம் உட்பிரிவின் இரண்டாம் வரம்புரைக்கிணங்க ஏற்கனவே இதுகுறித்து அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளதால் கீழ்க்காணும் உள்ளாட்சி அமைப்புகளில் அடங்கியுள்ள பரப்பிடங்களை முழுமையாக நாகர்கோவில் மாநகருக்குள் உள்ளடக்குவதற்கென நாகர்கோவில் மாநகரின் எல்லை வரம்புகளை இதன் மூலம் மாற்றியமைக்கிறார்:-

மேற்கண்ட மாற்றத்தின் அடிப்படையில் அடுத்த சாதாரணத் தேர்தலுக்கு வார்டுகள் பிரிக்கப்படும்.

2019-ஆம் ஆண்டு நாகர்கோவில் மாநகராட்சி சட்டத்தின் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம் 11/2019) 3-ஆம் பிரிவின் (1)-ஆம் உட்பிரிவின் முதல் வரம்புரையில் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள், நாகர்கோவில் மாநகராட்சியுடன் கலந்தாலோசித்த பின்னர், மேற்சொன்ன 3-ஆம் பிரிவின் (1)ஆம் உட்பிரிவின் இரண்டாம் வரம்புரைக்கிணங்க ஏற்கனவே இதுகுறித்து அறிவிக்கை வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளதால் கீழ்க்காணும் உள்ளாட்சி அமைப்புகளில் அடங்கியுள்ள பரப்பிடங்களை முழுமையாக நாகர்கோவில் மாநகருக்குள் உள்ளடக்குவதற்கென நாகர்கோவில் மாநகரின் எல்லை வரம்புகளை இதன் மூலம் மாற்றியமைக்கிறார்:-

மேற்கண்ட மாற்றத்தின் அடிப்படையில் அடுத்த சாதாரணத் தேர்தலுக்கு வார்டுகள் பிரிக்கப்படும்.
