NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019 No. VI(1)/358(e-1)/2021.
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit for Construction of high level bridge across coleroon river including construction of Bridge across Manniyaru river connecting Mettutheru in Thanjavur District and Melaramanallur in Ariyalur District including formation of link road in Alagaiyamanavalam Majra and Melaramanallur Villages, Ariyalur Taluk and District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by Divisional Engineer (Highways). The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 1.64.25 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for Highways purpose to wit, for the Construction of high level bridge across coleroon river including construction of Bridge across Manniyaru river connecting Mettutheru in Thanjavur District and Melaramanallur in Ariyalur District including formation of link road in Alagaiyamanavalam Majra and Melaramanallur Villages, Ariyalur Taluk and District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the offi ce of the District Revenue Offi cer, Ariyalur may be inspected on any day during office hours.

Under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring 3302 Sq.mtrs., to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for formation of 23- Thirumayilai Metro Station under Phase-II of Chennai Metro Rail Limited.
The plan of the land/lands is/are kept in the offi ce of the District Collector, Chennai, offi ce of the Taluk Tahisildar, Mylapore and offi ce of the District Revenue Offi cer (LA), Chennai Metro Rail Limited may be inspected on any day during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit to the formation of Doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Line between Madurai - Thoothukudi situated in Kokkulancheri and Sivarakkottai Village of Kalligudi Taluk in the District of Madurai, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by RVNL. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997. (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
