Variation to the Approved Master Plan for the Madurai Local Planning Area.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following variations to the approved Master Plan of the Madurai Local Planning Area under the said Act and issued in G.O.Ms. No.122, Housing and Urban Development [UD4], Department dated 06-02-1995 and Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, No.7, Part II—Section 2, Page 190-191 dated 22-02-1995.

In the said Master Plan in Part II "LAND USE SCHEDULE" in Kalikappan Bit 1 Village of Karuppayurani Panchayat, Madurai East Panchayat Union, Madurai East Taluk and Madurai District under the heading VI Agricultural use zone to I Residential use zone the following entries should be made.

Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone S.Nos.19/2B1 shall be deleted.

Against the entry 'I' Residential use zone S.Nos.19/2B1 shall be added.

Draft Variations to the Review Approved Tiruchirappalli Master Plan for Local Planning Area.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section 2 of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of the powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94, Housing and Urban Development Department, [(UD4(1)] dated 12-6-2009, which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, Page No.228 dated 15-7-2009 the following variations are made to the Review Master Plan for the Tiruchirappalli Local Planning area approved under the said act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department notifi cation No.II(2)/HOU/453/2009 at Page No.319 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 2nd September 2009.

In the said Master Plan in the 'LAND USE SCHEDULE' under the heading No.36 , Malliyampattu Village, Srirangam Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District

(i) against the entry the expression under Residential use (MR), S.F.No. 154/5 shall be added after S.F. No. 153.

(ii) against the entry for the expression under Agriculture Zone (AG), the following shall be substituted.

S.F.No. 154 (except S.F. No. 154/5).
