No. 291/2021.— In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 of the criminal Procedure code 1973 (central Act 2 of 1974), the High court hereby appoints the following (i) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Villupuram District and (ii) 4 Deputy Tahsildars in Kanniyakumari District, to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 120 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable under this code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second class Magistrate.

Under the heading Educational use zone the following S.F.No. 133/2, 3A, 3B, 134/2A1, 2A2, 2A3, 2A4, 3 135/2, 3A, 3B, 3c, 3D, 137/1B1, 1B2, 1B4, 1B5, 1B6, 1c1A, 1c1B, 1c1c and 173/2D1B shall be added against before the entry 350.

மறு ஆய்வு ஒப்புதலளிக்கப்பட்ட வேலூர் முழுமைத் திட்டத்தில் காங்கேயநல்லூர் கிராமத்தில் மேற்குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள சர்வே எண்களில் அமையும் 0.87.5 ஹெக்டேர் பரப்புள்ள நிலத்தினை கலப்பு குடியிருப்பு உபயோகப்பகுதியிலிருந்தும் (ம) பிரம்மபுரம் கிராமத்தில் அமையும் 7.49.0 ஹெக்டேர் பரப்புள்ள நிலத்தினை விவசாய உபயோக பகுதியிலிருந்தும் ஆக மொத்தம் 8.36.5 ஹெக்டேர் (20.67 ஏக்கர்) பரப்புள்ள நிலத்தினை மறு ஆய்வு ஒப்புதலளிக்கப்பட்ட வேலூர் முழுமைத் திட்டத்தில் நிறுவனம்சார் உபயோக பகுதியாக கீழ்காணும் நிபந்தனைகளுக்குட்பட்டு நிலப்பயன் மாற்றம் செய்ய அரசால் ஆணையிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.

1. உத்தேச இடத்தினை ஒட்டி ஏரி அமைந்துள்ளதால், நீர்நிலைகளை ஒட்டி மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் வளர்ச்சிகளுக்கு தேவையான வழிமுறைகளை பின்பற்றப்பட வேண்டும்.

2. 30 மீட்டருக்குள் இருப்புப்பாதை அமைவதால், மனுதாரர் உறுதிமொழி அளித்துள்ளவாறு இரயில்வே துறையின் தடையின்மை சான்று பெறப்பட வேண்டும்.

3. தமிழ்நாடு ஒருங்கிணைந்த வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் கட்டிட விதிகள் 2019---க்குட்பட்டு வளர்ச்சிப் பணிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டும்.
