In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 33(2) of Town and Country Planning Act, 1971, the Director of Town and Country Planning, Chennai here by confirms the following variation to the Conversion of Residential use into Commercial use in SF.No. 451/2B3A, 451/2B3B, 451/2B3C, & 451/2B3D-Extent:1.46 Acres of Saravanapatti Village, Coimbatore Corporation, North Taluk, Coimbatore District, Coimbatore Local Planning Area, Approved by the Director of Town and Country Planning Proceedings in Roc. No. 17851/2004/DP2, dated 11-10-2012 and the fact of this approval in Form No. 12 published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 40, Part-VI—Sec-1, Page 359, dated 30-09-2013 Publication No. VI(1)394/2013 and the said draft notification published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 44, Part-VI—Section-1, Page No. 439, dated 28-10-2020. 2. Since no objections and suggestions have been received on this draft notification within the stipulated time, the same are here by confirmed and ordered as below.

No. 23797/2021/TCP-3 Dated 13-12-2021 proposes to make the following individual draft variation for Part School & Play Ground Land use into Police Station (Public & Semi Public use/Institutional Use) in S.F. No. 41/1pt (Ward S(19), Block-45, T.S. No. 16/2 of Extent:0.15 Acre in Sanganur Village, Central Zone, Coimbatore Corporation, Coimbatore District to the approved Sanganur Detailed Development Plan No. 4, Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved by Director to Town and Country Planning's Proceedings Roc. No. 2976/94/DP3, dated 15-02-1994 and the fact of this approval in Form No. 12 Published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 25, Part-VI—Section-1, Page No. 717-719, dated 3-07-1996, Publication No. VI(1)/749/1996.

2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within Sixty days from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member Secretary/ Joint Director, Coimbatore Local Planning Authority any objection and suggestions relating thereto.

3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local Planning Authority office.

1. Where the expression Map No. 4, DDP(CNR)/DTCP No. 15/1994 occurs the expression of DDP (V)/DTCP No. 15/2021 shall be added at the end and to be read with.

2. In Schedule No. IV (Form No. 7) Serial No. 2 Column 2 the comprising S.F.No.41/1 shall be deleted and the S.F.No.41/1 (except T.S. No. 16/2) shall be substituted at that same place.

5. The office of the official Receiver, Thanjavur, The Fast Track Court, Thanjavur will remain open throughout the vacation.

6. No Plaints, Appeals of petitions except application for grant of copies and for service and execution of process will be received by the Courts during the vacation.

7. The office of the Copyists and Process Service Establishments will remain open throughout the Vacation, but no arrest warrant will be executed during the vacation. The office of the other Establishment will remain closed. Arrangements will however be made.

5. for transmitting records in appeals to the Hon'ble High Court

6. for all administrative correspondence.

7. for furnishing the copies and Process Service Establishments with necessary records and original orders Judgements etc. and

8. for receiving printing charges and plan copying fees in respect of Copy Applications.

8. Appeals of an urgent nature during the adjournment may be presented before the Hon'ble Madurai Bench of Madras High Court at Madurai.

9. In case of Vacation Civil Judge, he will be appointed by the Government for the District of Thanjavur under Section 30 of the Madras Civil Act (Central Act III of 1873 as amended Section 4 of the Madras Act, 17 of 1959) Civil Suits and Appeals and other proceedings in Civil cases alone will be received and disposed of by him in terms of Section 30(c) of the above said Act and the rules that may be framed in this behalf.

10. Urgent applications for bail during the absence of the Principal Sessions Judge for Thanjavur, Thanjavur Division, during the Vacation should be made in the Hon'ble Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, if Vacation Sessions Judge, is not appointed for Thanjavur Sessions Division.

2. The office of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tirunelveli official Receiver, Tirunelveli and Judicial Magistrate, Shencottah, Nanguneri, Cheranmahadevi, Sivagiri and Radhapuram will remain open throughout the vacation and holidays declared above.

3. No plaint or petition except application for grant of copies and Batta Memos for service and execution of Process will be received by the Civil Courts during the Vacation.

4. The office of the Copyist, Process Service and Execution Department shall be kept open throughout the vacation and that no arrest warrant shall be executed during the vacation. The office of the other departments shall remain closed.

Arrangements shall, however, be made.

i. for furnishing the Copies and sending Process.

ii. for transmitting the records to the High Court required in pending Proceedings.

iii. for attending all administrative correspondence.

5. In view of the instructions contained in the Criminal Rules of Practice and Circular orders and as ordered in High Court's Circular R.o.C.No.2/64-C-3, dated 29th April, 1964 applications in urgent Criminal matters should be made to the High Court, However, urgent appointed can also be made to the vaction Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli if appointed to hear urgent Criminal applications relating to Tirunelveli District.

6. Under Section 30 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act as amended by Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Act 17of 1959 if a vaction Civil Judge is appointed for Tirunelveli District. Suits, Appeals and other proceedings of urgent nature will be received and disposed of by him in terms of the Rules that may be framed in this regard.

7. In terms of High Court's Circular P.Dis.No.573/60, dated 22nd August 1960 the office of the Estate Abolition Tribunal, Tirunelveli will function in full for the purpose of receiving papers etc., during the vacation.

Holidays notified hereunder will be observed as holidays by all Courts in Tirunelveli District (including Tenkasi Revenue District)

According to rules, made under Section 30 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act in pages 64 and 66 in the Civil Rules of practice and Circular orders Volume-II, 1941 – Edition notice is hereby given that the Civil and Sessions Courts in Salem District except the office of the part-time official Receiver will be closed for the Summer Vacation during the year 2022 as follows.
