NOTIFICATION UNDER MANOEUVRES, FIELD FIRING AND ARTILLERY PRACTICE ACT. [G.O.Ms. No.15, Public (Military), 7th January 2022, மார்கழி 23, பிலவ,, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2052.] No.II(1)/PUM/1(b)/2022.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 9 of the Manoeuvres, Field Firing and Artillery Practice Act, 1938 (Central Act V of 1938), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby defi nes the area specifi ed in the Schedule below as an area within which, the fi eld fi ring practices may be carried out periodically from 8th March 2022· and ending with the 7th March 2027 may be authorised.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (3) of section 9 of the Manoeuvres, Field Firing and Artillery Practice Act, 1938 (Central Act V of 1938), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby publishes notice of his intention to issue, on or after the expiry of two months from the date of the fi rst publication of this notice in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, a notifi cation under sub-section (2) of the said section, authorising the carrying out of fi eld fi ring practices over the whole or any part of the area specifi ed in columns (1) and (2) of the Schedule below, during the period specifi ed in the corresponding entry in column (3) thereof.
