Acquisition of Lands

as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act, 34 of 2002)

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the wetlands specifi ed in the Schedule below and measuring to an extent of 08345 Square Metres for the purpose of the Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of existing Level Crossing No.25 at Railway Km 57/9 - 58/0 in between Manavur and Thiruvalangadu Railway Station in 73. Chinnamapettai Village, Tiruttani Taluk in Tiruvallur District. N o . I I ( 2 ) / H W M P / 5 0 / 2 0 2 2 . — T h e G o v e r n o r o f Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below are acquired for Highways purpose to wit for the Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of existing Level Crossing No.25 at Railway Km 57/9 - 58/0 in between Manavur and Thiruvalangadu Railway Station in 73. Chinnamapettai Village, Tiruttani Taluk in Tiruvallur District and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by Chief Engineer (H), Projects and after having considered the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands

The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the offi ce of the District Revenue Offi cer, Tiruvallur and offi ce of the Tahsildar, Tiruttani and may be inspected at any time during offi ce hours.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below and measuring to an extent of 7433 Square Meters for the purpose of construction of Road Over Bridge at Km 0/6 of Nandhiyambakkam Road in lieu of existing Level Crossing No.14 at Railway Km 22/4-16 in between Athipattu and Nandhiyambakkam Railway Station in 136. Nandhiyambakkam Village, Ponneri Taluk in Tiruvallur District

AND WHEREAS the movable properties specifi ed in the Schedule to this order are alleged to have been procured by the said fi nancial establishment from and out of the deposits collected from the depositors;

NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of Tamil Nadu Protection of Interests of Depositors (in Financial Establishment) Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 1997), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes an ad-interim order attaching the movable properties of Messers. VV Traders, D.No. 102, Vanninagar, GN.Mills, (Post), Vellakinarpirivu, Thudiyalur, Coimbatore, Standing in the name of Thiru. K.S. Ravikumar as specifi ed in the Schedule to this order and transfers the control over the said movable properties to the Competent Authority, namely, the Competent Authority and District Revenue Offi cer, Coimbatore District appointed under the said Act. (i) The dearness allowance is linked to the Average Consumer Price Index of the Chennai City for the year 2010, that is 161 points (with base 2001-100) and for any further raise of every one point over and above 161 points, an increase of Rs. 39.65 (Rupees thirty nine and sixty fi ve paise only) per month shall be paid as dearness allowance.

No. II(2)/LWSD/60/2022.—இந்த ஆணையின் இணைப்பில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள பொருள் தொடர்பாக, தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்துக் கழகம் (கும்பகோணம்) லிமிடெட்., காரைக்குடி என்ற நிர்வாகத்திற்கும் தமிழ்நாடு அரசுப் போக்குவரத்து கழக தொழிலாளர் பொது நல அமைப்பு சங்கம், சிவகங்கை என்ற தொழிற் சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற் தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்:

மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற் தகராறை, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;

1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்தியச் சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள், மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற்தகராறு, மதுரை, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.

மேலும், 1947-ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு மதுரை, தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தைக் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

S. சதீஸ்குமார், நடத்துனரின் (பணியாளர் எண் 10/CR/3616) அடுத்த கட்ட ஊதிய உயர்வை அதன் திரண்ட பயனுடன் மூன்று வருடங்களுக்கு நிறுத்தி வைத்தும் மற்றும் தற்காலிக வேலை நீக்கத்திலிருந்து 24-11-2012 முதல் 23-12-2012 வரை உள்ள நாட்களை தகுதியுள்ள விடுப்பாக கருதியும் நிர்வாகம் பிறப்பித்த 22-08-2014 நாளிட்ட உத்தரவை ரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானதுதானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.

திரு. R. நாகராஜ் ஓட்டுனரின் (பணியாளர் எண் 07/ DR/3975) அடுத்த கட்ட ஊதிய உயர்வை அதன் திரண்ட பயனுடன் ஒரு வருடத்திற்கு நிறுத்தி வைத்து நிர்வாகம் பிறப்பித்த 24-06-2009 நாளிட்ட உத்தரவை ரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானதுதானா? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.
