Variation to the Approved Master Plan for the Madurai Local Planning Area.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following variations to the approved Master Plan of the Madurai Local Planning Area under the said Act and issued in G.O.Ms. No.122, Housing and Urban Development [UD4], Department dated 06-02-1995 and Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.7, Part II—Section 2, page 190-191 dated 22-02-1995.
Variation
In the said Master Plan in Part II ''LAND USE SCHEDULE'' in Kalikappan Bit 1 Village of Madurai East Panchayat Union, Madurai East Taluk and Madurai District under the heading VI Agricultural use zone to I Residential use zone the following entries should be made.
Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone S.Nos.47/11 shall be deleted.
Against the entry 'I' Residential use zone S.Nos.47/11 shall be added.

In the Approved Madurai Master Plan under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Madurai Local Planning Area, Madurai District, Madurai South Taluk, Avaniyapuram Village, Village Number 40, page 139-140, in S.No.586/5A2 and 586/5A3 the following entries should be made.
Against the entry IV Educational use zone 586/5A2 and 586/5A3 shall be deleted.
Against the entry I(b) Residential use zone S.No. 586/5A2 and 586/5A3 shall be added.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following variations to the Review Approved Master Plan of the Kancheepuram Local Planning Area under the said Act and issued in G.O.Ms. No.139, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)], Department dated 10-05-2002, Notification No.21, at Page No.310 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 29th May 2002.

In the said Master Plan in ''LAND USE ScHEDULE'' in Karuppadittattadi Village, Page No.83 under the heading Agricultural use zone and Commercial use zone the following entries should be made.
Against the entry of Commercial Use Zone, the expression NIL the expression 25/1A2, shall be added.
Against the entry of Agricultural Use Zone the expression 25 the expression 25 (Except 25/1A2) shall be substituted.

Against the entry of Controlled Industrial Use Zone the expression 85/1A2 shall be added after the expression 51.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following variations to the Review Approved Master Plan of Kumbakonam Local Planning Area under the said Act and issued in G.O.Ms. No.184, Housing and Urban Development [UD4], Department dated 24-05-2005 and published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 25, Part II—Section 2, Page No. 290 dated 29th June 2005.

In the said Master Plan in ''LAND USE ScHEDULE'' in V.No.112/1 ANNALAGRAHARAM Village under the heading Agriculture use zone and Mixed Residential use zone the following entries should be made.
2. Against the entry of Mixed Residential use zone (M.R.6) S.F.No.153/1,2 & 174/1c and shall be added after S.F.No.103. 3. Against the entry of Agriculture use zone (AGw-4) deleted and the expression 153 part, 174 (except 153/1,2;174/1c) shall be substituted.
