In exercise of powers conferred as per the provisions under Section 69 of the Waqf Act, 1995, the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board in its Proceedings in item No.114/2021 in Rc.No.11006/18/B8/MDU, dated 24.11.2021 has approved the Scheme framed for the Waqfs Viz., Mohideen Andavar Dargah Pallivasal and Mina Nuruddin Oulia Dargah, South Gate, Madurai District for better administration of the Waqfs (G.S.No.135/Mdu and G.S.No.139/Mdu). Taking over the Direct Management of Hazrath Noor Mohamed Sha Aulia Dargah, Panruti, Cuddalore District.

In exercise of powers conferred as per the provisions under Section 64 of the Waqf Act, 1995, the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board in its Resolution in item No. 94/21 in Rc. No.16379/92/B10/Cudd, dated: 25.11.2021 has ordered to take over the Management of HAZRATH NOOR MOHAMED SHA AULIA DARGAH, PANRUTI, CUDDALORE DISTRICT under the control of Tamil Nadu Waqf Board for a period of SIX MONTHS from 25.11.2021 to 24.05.2022 and to appoint the Superintendent of Waqfs, Cuddalore as its Executive Offi cer.
