Variations to the Review Approved Master Plan of Kumbakonam Local Planning Area

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following variations to the Review approved Master Plan of the Kumbakonam Local Planning Area under the said Act and issued in G.O.(Ms) No.184 H&U.D. Department dated 24-5-2005 and published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 25, Part II—Section 2, Page No. 290 dated 29-6-2005.
Variations
In the said Master Plan, in "LAND USE ScHEDULE" in V. No.108 PATTEESwARAM Village under the heading Agriculture use zone and Mixed Residential use zone the following entries should be made.
2. Against the entry of Residential (M.R.2), S.F.No.12 part, 13 part, 25 part 26 part, 27 part, 28 part, 30 part, 31 part (except 12/1, 2, 3A1A, 3A1B, 5, 6, 13/3, 4, 5, 25/1 26/1, 2, 27/1, 2, 28/1A, 1D, 2, 30/1A, 1B, 3, 31/1, 3A, 3B, 3C and 3D) shall be added.

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of COIMBATORE Local Planning Area under heading in Village Kuppepalayam Page 382 the following SF.Nos. 166/1B1B, 1B2A, 1B2B, 1B2C, 1B2D, 1B2E, 1B2F, 1B2G, 1B2H, 1B2I, 1B2J, 1B2K, 1B2L, 1B2M, 169/1, 169/2, 169/3A, 169/3B, 169/3C, 169/3D, 169/3E, 169/4, 169/5, 169/6, 169/7, 169/8, 169/9 entry should be made.
Under the heading Industrial use zone the following SF.Nos. 166/1B1B, 1B2A, 1B2B, 1B2c, 1B2D, 1B2E, 1B2F, 1B2G, 1B2H, 1B2I, 1B2J, 1B2K, 1B2L, 1B2M, 169/1, 169/2, 169/3A, 169/3B, 169/3C, 169/3D, 169/3E, 169/4, 169/5, 169/6, 169/7, 169/8, 169/9 shall be added after S.No. 144
Under the heading Agricultural use zone the following S.Nos 161 to 185 shall be deleted. The expression 161 to 166pt ( Except 166/1B1B, 1B2A, 1B2B, 1B2C, 1B2D, 1B2E, 1B2F, 1B2G, 1B2H, 1B2I, 1B2J, 1B2K, 1B2L, 1B2M), 167, 168, 169pt (Except 169/1, 169/2, 169/3A, 169/3B, 169/3c, 169/3D, 169/3E, 169/4, 169/5, 169/6, 169/7, 169/8, 169/9) 170 to 185 shall be substituted.
