GENERAL NOTIFICATIONS

Variations to the Review Approved Tiruppur Master Plan for the Tiruppur Local Planning Area

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No. 94, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 12.6.2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II—Section 2, dated 15.07.2009

Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D).No. 229, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(CLU1)] Department, dated 08.09.2021. The following variations are made to the Master Plan of Review Approved Tiruppur Local Planning Authority under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 280, Housing and Urban Development [UDIV(2)], dated 27.10.2006 Notification No.II(2)/HOU/573/2006 at page 375 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 22nd November 2006.

Draft Variations

In the Review Approved Tiruppur Master Plan under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Tiruppur Local Planning Area under heading in Village CHETTIPALAYAM VILLAGE page S-42 in S.F.No.110 the following entries should be made.

(i) Against the entry of ''AGRICULTURAL USE (AG-17)'' use zone for the expression 110 to 113, the expression 110 part, 111 to 113 shall be substituted.

(ii) Against the entry of ''MIXED RESIDENTIAL USE (MR)'' the expression 110/2A1, 110/2A2 shall be added.

(iii) Against the entry of ''MIXED RESIDENTIAL USE (MR)'' the expression 110/2A1, 110/2A2 shall be added after the entry 60.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No. 94, Housing and Urban Development [(UD4(1)] Department, dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, page No. 228, dated 15.07.2009 the following variations are made to the master plan for the Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/Housing/4377/94 at page 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 9th November 1994.

Variations

In the said Master Plan, in the "LAND USE SCHEDULE" under the heading "COIMBATORE LOCAL PLANNING AREA (THEN COIMBATORE CORPORATION AREA) under the sub heading (a) Notification Detailed Development Plan area in Thudiyalur Village, Thudiyalur Detailed Developed Plan No. 6(i) Against the entry "RESIDENTIAL" for the expression "18 part" the following entry 18 part (Except 18/4) shall be substituted. (ii) Against the entry "INDUSTRIAL" for the expression "18/2" the following entry 18/2 (Except 18/2B) shall be substituted. Feb. 23, 2022] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 65 (iii) Against the entry "PUBLIC AND SEMI PUBLIC" for the expression 18/4, 18/2b shall be added.

Variation to the Approved Master Plan for the Madurai Local Planning Area

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following variations to the approved Master Plan of the Madurai Local Planning Area under the said Act and issued in G.O. Ms. No.122, Housing and Urban Development (UD4) Department, dated 06.02.1995 and published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.7, Part II—Section 2, Page 190-191, dated 22.02.1995.

Variation

In the said Master Plan in Part II "LAND USE SCHEDULE" in Vadugapatti Village Kulamangalam of Panchayat, Madurai West Panchayat Union, Madurai North Taluk and Madurai District under the heading VI Agricultural use zone to I Residential use zone the following entries should be made.

Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone S.Nos. 31/2, 31/9, 32/2B & 35/7 shall be deleted.

Against the entry 'I' Residential use zone S.Nos. 31/2, 31/9, 32/2B & 35/7 shall be added.

Against the entry VIII Land Under Water use zone .S.Nos. 6/5B1, 6/5B2A,6/5B2B,&6/5C shall be deleted.

Against the entry 'I 'Residential use zone .S.Nos. 6/5B1,6/5B2A,6/5B2B,&6/5C shall be added.

In consonance with the instructions issued by the hon'ble Madras High Court, in its Official Memorandum in ROC.No.78555-A/2021/C3 dated 07.12.2021, it is hereby notified that the period of Adjournment for the Vacation and Holidays for District Courts and all other Subordinate Civil Courts including District Munsif Courts in respect of Erode District for the year 2022 are as follows:-

SUMMER VACATION

The Principal District and Sessions Court, Erode, the I Additional District and Sessions Court, Erode, the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Erode, the III Additional District and Sessions Court, Erode at Gobichettipalayam, the IV Additional District and Sessions Court, Erode at Bhavani, the Special District Court (To deal with MCOP Cases), Erode, the Courts of the Subordinate Judges/Assistant Sessions Judges of Erode, Bhavani, Gobichettipalayam, Sathyamangalam and Perundurai, the Special Sub Court (To deal with MCOP Cases), Erode, the District Munsif's Courts of Erode, Bhavani, Gobichettipalayam, Sathyamangalam, Perundurai , Anthiyur and the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court and Kodumudi (Civil side) will be closed from Sunday, the 1st day of May 2022 to Tuesday, the 31st day of May 2022.

DUSSERA HOLIDAYS

The Principal District and Sessions Court, Erode, the I Additional District and Sessions Court, Erode, the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Erode, the III Additional District and Sessions Court, Erode at Gobichettipalayam, the IV Additional District and Sessions Court, Erode at Bhavani, the Special District Court (To deal with MCOP Cases), Erode, the Courts of the Subordinate Judges/Assistant Sessions Judges of Erode, Bhavani, Gobichettipalayam, Sathyamangalam and Perundurai, the Special Sub Court (To deal with MCOP Cases), Erode, the District Munsif's Courts of Erode, Bhavani, Gobichettipalayam, Sathyamangalam, Perundurai, Anthiyur and the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate Courts Kodumudi (Civil side) will be closed from Saturday, the 1st day of October, 2022 to Sunday, the 9th day of October, 2022.

CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS

The Principal District and Sessions Court, Erode, the I Additional District and Sessions Court, Erode, the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Erode, the III Additional District and Sessions Court, Erode at Gobichettipalayam, the IV Additional District and Sessions Court, Erode at Bhavani, the Special District Court (To deal with MCOP Cases), Erode,the Courts of the Subordinate Judges/Assistant Sessions Judges of Erode, Bhavani, Gobichettipalayam, Sathyamangalam and Perundurai, the Special Sub Court (To deal with MCOP Cases), Erode, the District Munsif's Courts of Erode, Bhavani, Gobichettipalayam, Sathyamangalam, Perundurai, Anthiyur and the District Munsif'-cum-Judicial Magistrate Court and Kodumudi (Civil side) will be closed from Saturday, the 24th day of December 2022 to Saturday, the 31st day of December, 2022.

Note: As New Year's Day (01-01-2022), Thiruvalluvar Day (15-01-2022), Uzhavar Thirunal (16-01-2022), Telugu New Year's Day (02-04-2022), May Day (01-05-2022), Bakrid (Idul Azha) (10-07-2022), Gandhi Jayanthi (02-10-2022), Milad-un- Nabi (09-10-2022) and Christmas (25-12-2022) fall on Saturdays/Sundays, these days are not shown in the above list.

The Family Court, Erode shall work on 1st and 3rd Saturdays of every month except those Saturdays which are declared as Public Holidays. All other Saturdays are declared as holidays, except 22-01-2022 and 23-04-2022 which are declared as working days.

The office of the Official Receiver, Erode remain open throughout the Summer Vacation.

No Plaint or Petition except applications for grant of copies and for service and execution of process will be received during the adjournments.

The Offices of the Copyist and Process Service Establishments will be kept open throughout the Summer Vacation.

No arrest warrant will be executed during the Vacation.

The Office of the other sections will remain closed. However arrangements shall be made:-

(a) For Functioning the Copyist and Process Service Establishments.

(b) For transmitting records to the High Court for reference in Appeals and revisions. and

(c) For attending all Administrative Correspondences.

In case a Vacation Civil Judge is appointed by the Government for this District, Urgent Plaints, Appeals and Petitions in Civil Cases will be received and disposed of by the Vacation Civil Judge of this District in exercise of the powers vested in him/her under Section 30 of the Central Act III of 1873 as amended by Madras Act 17 of 1959.

Urgent Applications for grant of ball should be made to the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature, Madras in the absence of the Vacation Session Judge for the Divisions, during the above adjournments.
