ACQUISITION OF LANDS

NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF THE TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 (TAMIL NADU ACT 34 OF 2002) READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.
No. VI(1)/70(b-1)/2022.
The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below are acquired under Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project for Highways Department purpose to wit, for formation of road for providing connectivity from Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram (from K.M.29+533 to K.M.31+197) at No.99 Athivakkam Village Block-I, Uthukottai Taluk, Tiruvallur District and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Highways Department and after having considered the cause shown by the owners or other persons having interest on such lands, as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019, the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi es that the Wet patta lands specifi ed in the Schedule below and measuring to a total extent of 67,478 Sq.mtrs. are acquired in No. 99 Athivakkam Village Block-I, Uthukottai Taluk, Tiruvallur District to the same, a little more or less, needed for the purpose to wit, for formation of road for providing connectivity from Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram (Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project) by Highways Department.
The Plan of the lands under acquisition is kept in the Offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, Chennai-58 and in the offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, Unit-II, Thatchur at Tiruvallur and may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the schedule below are acquired under Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project for Highways purpose to wit, for formation of road connectivity from Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram (from 29+533 Km to 31+197 Km) at No.99, Athivakkam Block-II Village, Uthukottai Taluk, Tiruvallur District and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Highways Department and after having considering the cause shown by the owner or other persons having interest on such lands, as the case may be, do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation) Act, 2019.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation Act, 2019) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi es that Wet, Dry and Manavari patta lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 64,316 Sq.Mtrs. of Wet, Dry and Manavari patta lands are acquired in No. 99, Athivakkam Block-II Village, Uthukottai Taluk, Tiruvallur District to the same a little more or less needed for the purpose to wit for formation of road connectivity from Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram (from 29+533 Km to 31+197 Km) as part of Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, Highways Department.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the Offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, Chennai Chennai-600 058 and in the offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, Unit-II, Tiruvallur and may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), read with the Tamil Nadu Land Acquisition Laws (Revival of Operation, Amendment and Validation Act, 2019) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby notifi es that Dry and Wet patta lands specifi ed in the schedule below and measuring to an extent of 58,200 Sq.Mtrs. of Dry and Wet patta lands are acquired in No.73, Punnapakkam Block-I Village, Uthukottai Taluk, Tiruvallur District to the same a little more or less needed for the purpose to wit for formation of road connectivity from Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram (from 34+796 Km to 36+996 Km) as part of Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, Highways Department.
The plan of the lands under acquisition are kept in the Offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (Land Acquisition), Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, Chennai - 58 and in the offi ce of the Special Tahsildar (Land Acquisition), Chennai Peripheral Ring Road Project, Unit-II, Tiruvallur and may be inspected at any time during the offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to be acquired for Highways purpose to wit, for formation of road for providing connectivity from Ennore Port to Mahabalipuram (from 38+050 to Km 42+302) at Tiruvallur District, Tiruvallur Taluk, No.32. Velliyur-A Village and it having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands to be paid out of the funds controlled and managed by the Highways Department. The following notice is issued under sub section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).
