NOTIFICATIONS UNDER THE TAMIL NADU GOODS AND SERVICES TAX ACT, 2017
AMENDMENTS TO NOTIFICATION

No. II(2)/CTR/120(f)/2022.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-rule (4) of rule 48 of the Tamil Nadu Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, the Governor of Tamil Nadu, on the recommendations of the Council, hereby makes the following further amendment in the Commercial Taxes and Registration Department Notifi cation No.II(2)/CTR/232(h-5)/2020, published at page 3 in Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, Extraordinary, dated 13th April, 2020, namely:-

In the said notifi cation, in the fi rst paragraph, with effect from the 1st day of April, 2022, for the words "fi fty crore rupees", the words "twenty crore rupees" shall be substituted.
