The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to be acquired for Highways purpose to wit to Forming Bypass Road for Tiruvarur Town at Vilamal Village, Tiruvarur Taluk of Tiruvarur District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer, Highways Department (Construction and Maintenance) Tiruvarur. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
