AcqUISITION OF LANDS
[G.O.(D) No.41, High Ways and Minor Ports (HP2), 7th March 2022, மாசி 23, பிலவ, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு--2053.] No.II(2)/HWMP/132(f)/2022.
The Governor of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the schedule below have to be acquired for Highways purpose to wit for Construction of Road Over Bridge (ROB) in lieu of Level Crossing No.20 at km 52/4 of Nagai- Gudalore-Mysore Road (National Highways-67) in between Railway km 27/700-900 at Needamangalam yard in Needamangalam Railway Station of Thanjavur – Nagore – Karaikal section in Tiruvarur District and it having already been decided that the entire amount of Compensation to be awarded for the land to be paid by Divisional Engineer (Highways) Projects, Thanjavur after considering the cause shown by the owner or other person having interest on such lands as the case may be do hereby publish the following Notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).
NOTIcE
Under sub section (1) of section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land specified in the Schedule below Acquisition 0.27.58 hectares of lands a little more or less required to wit for Construction of Road Over Bridge (ROB) in lieu of Level Crossing No.20 in at km 52/4 of Nagai- Gudalore-Mysore Road (National Highways-67) in between Railway km 27/700-900 at Needamangalam yard in Needamangalam Railway Station of Thanjavur – Nagore – Karaikal section in Tiruvarur District.
The Plan of lands is kept in the Office of the District Revenue Officer, Tiruvarur and may be inspected at any time during Office Hours.
