No.II(2)/ECCF/135/2022.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the last paragraph of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the District Forest Offi cer, Dindigul ex-officio to attend on behalf of the Government at the enquiry prescribed under Chapter II of the said Act, in respect of the land of Forest Block of Velayuthampalayam-I proposed to be constituted as reserved forest.
