''In the circumstances stated by the Assistant Director (Industrial Co-operatives), District Industries Centre, Theni/Offi cial Liquidator of the Theni District Electrical Contractors Service Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd., IND.No.9/2006 Theni (Under Liquidation) Theni. in the fi nal closure proposal dated 01.02.2022 and in exercise of the powers delegated under Section 140(1) of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act, 1983, the registration of the Theni District Electrical Contractors Service Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd., IND.No.9/2006 Theni (Under Liquidation) has been ordered to be cancelled and the affairs have been fi nally closed with effect from 16-02-2022 vide the Proceedings No.LF.991/ICA1/1999 dated:16-02-2022 of the Additional Commissioner of Industries and Commerce and Registrar of Industrial Co-operatives(ic), Chennai-32''.

Constitution of a Sub Court at Thiruthuraipoondi in Tiruvarur District

In exercise of the powers conferred under the fi rst proviso to Section 13 of the Tamil Nadu Civil Courts Act, 1873 (Central Act III of 1873), the High Court, Madras hereby directs that appeals from the decrees or orders of the District Munsif Court, Thiruthuraipoondi be preferred in the Court of Subordinate Judge at Thiruthuraipoondi with effect from the date on which the Subordinate Judge, Thiruthuraipoondi assumes charge of that Court.

1. In exercise of power conferred by Sub-Section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise and Powers confi rmed by the G.O. Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department, dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2 dated:15.07.2009.

Land use zone conversion from Residential use zone into Industrial use zone ordered in G.O(2D)No.280 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated 25.11.2021 the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Approved Coimbatore Local Planning Authority under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.661, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)], dated 12.10.1994 notifi cation No.II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994.

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under heading in Village Mylampatti, page 363 the following S.No/ R.S.No. 63/1B2 entry should be made.
Under the heading Industrial (I-31) use zone the following S.No./R.S.No. 63/1B2 shall be added before 79pt.
Under the heading Residential (MR 24) use zone the following S.No. 62 to 71 shall be deleted. The expression 62, 63 (Except 63/1B2), 64 to 71 shall be substituted.

Under the heading Residential use zone the following shall be added the SF.Nos. 539/3B1, 539/3B2, 539/6B shall be added as the after the entry of 518
Under the heading Agricultural use zone the following S.Nos 519 to 597 shall be deleted. The expression SF No. 519 to 538, (Except 539/3B1, 539/3B2, 539/6B) 540 to 597 shall be substituted.

Under the heading Agricultural (AG 7) use zone the following S.Nos 40 to 43 shall be deleted. The expression 40, 41, 42 (Except 42/1A, 1B, 1C), 43 shall be substituted.

Variation to the Consented Kagithapuram New Town Development Plan
(Roc No : 23/2020/KNTDA)
No. VI(1)/108/2022.
In exercise of powers conferred under sub-section(4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Land use conversion from Commercial and Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone is ordered vide G.O(2D).Ms. No 315, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(LUC1)] Department, dated: 15.12.2021.
In exercise of powers conferred vide G.O(Ms) No : 102, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(L.Re-1)] Department dated : 18.08.2021, the following variations are made to the Kagithapuram New Town Development Plan which was Consented under the said Act in G.O.Ms. No 308, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department, dated: 27.07.2004 and in Notifi cation No. VI(1)/506/2006 at page No. 373, of Part VI—Section 1, of No.42 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated: 01.11.2006.

In the said Consented Kagithapuram New Town Development Plan in the land use schedule, under the heading in II- Commercial use Zone (C) and VI(a) Agricultural (Wet) Use Zone in Punjai Pugalur Village at Page Nos. 44 & 49 with regard to S.F.Nos : 147/1 and 150/B1A the following entries should be made;
Under the sub heading Use Zone I(b) Mixed Residential use Zone (MR) in the S.F. No. against the entry – MR 3(13.
Punjai Pugalur), the expression S.F.Nos. "147/1 and 150/B1A" shall be inserted after the entry "143 to 145" Under the sub heading, II Commercial Use Zone(C) in the S.F.No. against the entry C4 (13.Punjai Pugalur), the SF.No. 147 shall be deleted and substituted as "All Subdivision of 147 except 147/1" and, under the Sub heading VI(a) Agricultural (wet) Use Zone, in the SF.Nos, against the entry AG W5 (13.Punjai Pugalur), the expression "149 to 153" shall be deleted and the expression "149, All subdivisions of 150 except 150/B1A, 151, to 153" shall be substituted.
