The Secretary, Tamil Nadu Lokayukta has declared that the Vacation for the Tamil Nadu Lokayukta for the Year 2022 will be observed from 1-5-2022 to 3-6-2022 (both days inclusive).

During the vacation period, the Registry and other offi ces of the Tamil Nadu Lokayukta will function on all the working days as other Government offi ces are functioning. To meet the urgent work, necessary arrangements will be made.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following variations to the approved MasterPlan of the Madurai Local Planning Area under the said Act and issued in G.O.Ms. No. 122 Housing and Urban Development [UD4], Department dated 06.02.1995 and Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 7, Part II—Section 2, Page 212-213 dated 22-02-1995. Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone S.Nos. 21/5B1 and 21/5B1 shall be deleted.

Against the entry 'II' Commercial use zone S.Nos. 21/5B1 and 21/5B1 shall be added.

Under the heading Residential use zone the following shall be added the SF. Nos. 575/1G, 2D, 576/4E3B shall be added as the fi rst entry.

Under the heading Agricultural use zone the following S. Nos. 573 to 576 shall be deleted. The expression 573, 574, 575 pt (Except 575/1G, 2D), 576 pt (Except 576/4E3B) shall be substituted.

(i) Against the entry of "EXISTING ROADS / CART TRACK" use zone for the expression 459 part, the expression "459/1part" shall be substituted.

(ii) Against the entry of "WATER BODIES" use zone for the expression 459 part, the expression "459/1 part" shall be substituted.

(iii) Against the entry of "PUBLIC AND SEMI PUBLIC USE (P)" the expression "459/2" shall be added.

(iv) Against the entry of "PUBLIC AND SEMI PUBLIC USE (P)" the expression "459/2" shall be added after the entry 244/2A.
