NOTICE UNDER SECTION 3(1) OF TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT,1997 READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below have to be acquired for industrial purposes to wit, for the Expansion of Mine-II for Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited and having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds managed by the Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).
NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specified in the Schedule below and measuring 0.60.50 hect., to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the formation of Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited.
The plans of the lands are kept in the O/o Special Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition) Neyveli and may be inspected at during office hours.

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 12.43.50 hectare to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose wit, for the setting up of new SIPCOT Industrial Park situated in Nedumpuli Village of Nemili Taluk in the District of Ranipet.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the land/lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit to the setting up of new SIPCOT Industrial Park situated in Nedumpuli Village of Nemili Taluk in the District of Ranipet, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by SIPCOT. The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfied that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for the formation of new industrial complex by SIPCOT situated in Nallaganakothapalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk of Krishnagiri District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the fund controlled or managed by SIPCOT. NOTICE
Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specified in the Schedule below26 TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE EXTRAORDINARY measuring an extent of 4.27.0 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for the formation of new industrial complex by SIPCOT situated in Nallakanakothapalli Village, Shoolagiri Taluk of Krishnagiri District.
The plan of the lands are kept in the Office of the District Collector/Land Acquisition Officer, Krishnagiri may be inspected on any day during office hours.
