"Under section 137 (2) (b) of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act 1983, AA. 387 Gobichettipalayam Labour Contract Co-operative society (LTD) was liquidated and the Co-operative Sub Registrar / Credit and Marketing, Office of the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Gobichettipalayam circle was appointed as official Liquidator for the above society vide, "Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Gobichettipalayam circle R.C. No. 5157/2013/Pa dated 02-05-2013.

It is hereby notified for the information of parties and witnesses that under the rule for the destruction of Part-I records framed by High Court of Judicature at Madras under V of 1917, printed at pages 311 to 317 of the volume I of the Civil Rules of Practice and cirular order, all documents produced by them and filed as exhibits in the Original Suits and connected appeals, original petitions and Applications in the City Civil Court at Chennai mentioned in the schedule hereto and all other documents which have been tendered but either have not been taken or rejected in the original Suits. Application and Original Petitions mentioned in the said schedule be destroyed after thirty days from the date of publication.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following variations to the approved Master Plan of the Madurai Local Planning Area under the said Act and issued in G.O.Ms. No.122 Housing and Urban Development UD4, Department dated 06.02.1995 and Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.7, Part II-Section 2, Page 190-191 dated 22.02.1995.

In the said Master Plan in Part II "Land Use Schedule" in Kalikappan Bit 1 Village and Thathankulam Village of Madurai East panchayat Union, Madurai East Taluk and Madurai District under the heading VI Agricultural use zone to I Residential use zone the following entries should be Made.
Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone Kalikappan Bit 1 Village S. Nos. 65/2A, 65/2B2 & Thathankulam Village S. Nos. 10/4A1B shall be deleted.

Deletion of road earmarked for the proposed 100 feet ring road ordered in G.O.(MS).No. 24 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(2)] Department dated 09.03.2022. In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of COIMBATORE Local Planning Area under heading in Village Chinnavedampatti under the sub heading, Chinnavedampatti D.D.plan No.6 in Page No.282, for the following S.No. 577/1B2A entry should be made.
Under the heading Residential use zone, the expression S.F.No. 577/1B2A shall be added after the entry S.F.No.541 part.
Under the heading Agricultural use zone, the Expression S.F.No 575 to 577 shall be deleted and the expression, 575, 576, 577pt (except 577/1B2A) shall be substituted.
