As Published in the Gazette of India (S.O.4504E) Notifi cation Extraordinary-Part-II-Section 3 Sub-Section (ii) No. CG-DL-E-30102021-230848 dated 29th October 2021, the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021 (1 of 2021) will be effective from 3rd November 2021. Subsequently vide the Gazette of India (G.S.R.72E) Notifi cation Extraordinary- Part-II-Section 3 Sub-Section (i) No.CG-DL-E-02022022-233059 dated 31.01.2022 the Board of Major Port Authority for the V.O. Chidambaranar Port is constituted. Accordingly, the following changes are effected from 31st January, 2022:
