NOTICE UNDER SECTION 15(1) OF TAMIL NADU HIGHWAYS ACT, 2001 READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LAND ACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERATION, AMENDMENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to be acquired for Highways purpose to wit to forming Ring Road to Mannargudi Town at Neduvakkottai Village, Mannargudi Taluk of Tiruvarur District and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer, Highways Department (Construction and Maintenance) Tiruvarur. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring to an extent of 3400 Sq.mtrs. to the same, a little more or less needed Highways purpose, to wit, for forming Ring Road to Mannargudi Town.

The plans of the lands are kept in the Offi ce of the Land Acquisition Offi cer and District Revenue Offi cer may be inspected during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit to the Doubling of Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and Nagercoil Junction in Poolam Part-II, Nanguneri Taluk of Tirunelveli District, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the land/lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by District Collector, Tirunelveli. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 20702 Sq.mtr of Dry and Wet lands in S.No. 457/1B1 to the same, a little more or less needed for Industrial purpose wit, for the formation Doubling of Railway Track between Vanchi Maniyachi Junction and Nagercoil Junction in Poolam Part-II Village, Nanguneri Taluk of Tirunelveli District.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below have to be acquired for the Constructions of Bus Bays, Way side Amenities, Truck Lay Bye and Interchanges for Chennai Outer Ring Road Project - I in Malayambakkam Village, Kundrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and it have already been decided that the entire amount of Compensation to be awarded for the lands is to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Divisional Engineer (Highways), Construction and Maintenance, Chennai City Roads Division, Chennai-600 015 and having considered the cause shown by the owners or other persons having interest in the said lands ,as the case may do hereby publish the following notice under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of Tamil Nadu Highways Act, 2001 ( Tamil Nadu Act 34/2002).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu Highways Act 2001 (Tamil Nadu Act 34 of 2002), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring an extent of 897 Sq.mtr. required for Highways purpose i.e to the same, a little more or less required for Constructions of Bus Bays, Way side Amenities, Truck Lay Bye and Interchanges for Chennai Outer Ring Road Project-I, Malayambakkam Village, Kundrathur Taluk, Kancheepuram District. The plan of the lands under acquisition, are kept in the Offi ce of the Special District Revenue Offi cer (L.A), Chennai Outer Ring Road Project, CMDA, Koyambedu, Chennai-107 and may be inspected on any day during offi ce hours.
