WITHDRAWL FROM ACQUISITION OF LANDS

NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 4 OF THE TAMIL NADU ACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSES ACT, 1997 (TAMIL NADU ACT 10 OF 1999).

Under sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby withdraws from acquisition of the land/lands specifi ed in the Schedule below in respect of which notice under sub-section (1) of Section 3 was published by the Industries (SIPCOT-LA) Department at page 4 of Part II-Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary No.7, dated 11-1-2016 and actual possession of which was not taken by or on behalf of the Government.
