GENERAL NOTIFICATION

Variation to the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan for the Local Planning Area.

1. In exercise of power conferred by Sub-Section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise and Powers confirmed by the G.O. Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2 dated:15.07.2009.

2. Land use zone conversion from AGRICULTURAL use zone into RESIDENTIAL use zone ordered in G.O. (2D) No.18, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(1)) Department dated 22.01.2022 subject to conditions, the following variations are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.661, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 Notification No.II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated.09.11.1994

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under heading in Idigarai Village DD Plan No. 1 to 6, in pages 304 & 305 in S.No. 690/1, 720 the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Residential use zone, the following S.No.690/1, 720 shall be added after the entry 686.

Under the heading "Agricultural" use zone, the expression S.No. 687 to 703 and 720 shall be deleted and the expression 687 to 689, 690 (except 690/1), 691 to 703 shall be substituted

2. கோயம்புத்தூர் உள்ளூர் திட்டக்குழுமத் தீர்மானம் எண்.31 நாள்.24.12.2020&ல் தெரிவித்துள்ளவாறு மனையிடத்தில் விரிவு அபிவிருத்தியில் திட்ட வரைபடத்தின் சாலை விஸ்தரிப்பு பகுதி நிலைநிறுத்தப்படவேண்டும்.

3. மனையிடத்தினூடே குறைவழுத்த மின்பாதை அமைந்துள்ளதால் தமிழ்நாடு ஒருங்கிணைந்த வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் கட்டட விதிகள் 2019 விதி எண். 19--ன் கீழ் தமிழ்நாடு மின்உற்பத்தி மற்றும் பகிர்மான கழகத்தின் தடையில்லா சான்றிதழ் பெற வேண்டும்.

4. தமிழ்நாடு ஒருங்கிணைந்த வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் கட்டட விதிகள் 2019-க்குட்பட்டு வளாச்சி பணிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டும்.

Ms.No.19, Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department, dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2 dated:15.07.2009.

Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O. (2D) No.30, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(1)) Department, dated 25.01.2022, the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.661, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 Notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994Apr. 27, 2022] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 165 Variations

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of COIMBATORE Local Planning Area under heading in Kuppeypalayam Village in Page No. 382 in S.F.No. 327/2, 327/3, the following entry should be made.

Under the heading "Residential use zone, the expression S.No. 327/2, 327/3 shall be added after the entry 295.

Under the heading "Agricultural Dry (AG66) use zone, the expression S.Nos. 296 to 333 shall be deleted and the expression 296 to 326, 327 (Except 327/2, 327/3) 328 to 333 shall be Substituted.

(2D) No.295 Housing and Urban Development (UD4(1)) Department dated 01.12.2021 subject to conditions, the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Approved Coimbatore Local Planning Authority under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.661 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)], dated 12.10.1994 Notification No.II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated.09.11.1994

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under heading in Chinnavedampatti Village, Chinnavedampatti DD Plan No.8, in under the sub heading, Page No.284, the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Residential, the expression S.No. 394/2A2, 394/2B shall be added after the entry 371 pt. Under the heading "Agricultural" use zone, the expression S.Nos. 373 to 443 shall be deleted and the expression 373 to 394pt except (394/2A2, 394/2B), 395 to 443 shall be substituted.

நிபந்தனைகள் G.O.(2D) No.295, Housing and Urban Development Department (UD4) (L.Re.1) Dated:01.12.2021 1. நேராய்வு குறிப்பின்படி 15 மீட்டர் சுற்றளவில் நீர்நிலை இருப்பதால், நீர்நிலைகள் ஒட்டி மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் வளர்ச்சிகளுக்கு தேவையான வழிமுறைகளை பின்பற்றப்படவேண்டும்.

(2D) No.19 Housing and Urban Development (UD4(L.Re-1)) Department dated 22.01.2022, the following variation are made to the Master Plan of Approved / Coimbatore Local Planning Area approved under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.661 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 Notification No.II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated, 09.11.1994

Variations

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of COIMBATORE Local Planning Area under heading in Village Kalangal, Page No.373, for the following S.No. 384/1B entry should be made.

Under the heading Residential use zone, the expression S.No. 384/1B. Shall be added after 310 to 315.

Under the heading Agricultural use zone, the Expression S.Nos. 328 to 387 shall be deleted and the expression S.F.No.328 to 383, 384 (Except 384/1B) shall be substituted.

நிபந்தனைகள் (G.O.(2D) No.19 Housing and Urban Development (UD4) Department dated: 22.01.2022) 1. பவானிசாகர் அணைக்கோட்ட செயற்பொறியாளர், பொதுப்பணித்துறை, நீர்வள ஆதாரத்துறை அவர்களின் கடித எண் வ.ப/இ.வ.அ2/கோ.73/1593/2020 நாள் 11.03.2020&ன் மூலம் பெறப்பட்ட பொதுப்பணித்துறையின் நிபந்தனைகள் தவறாது கடைப்பிடிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.

2. தமிழ்நாடு ஒருங்கிணைந்த வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் கட்டிட விதிகள் 2019&க்கு உட்பட்டு வளர்ச்சி பணிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டும்.
