No. II(1)/AGFW/29/2022.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (d) of sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Tamil Nadu Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1987 (Tamil Nadu Act 27 of 1989) read with Section 15 of the Tamil Nadu General Clauses Act, 1891 (Tamil Nadu Act 1 of 1891), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby rescinds the Agricultural Department's Notification No.II(1)/AG/14/2019 published at page 114 of Part II-Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 11th September 2019.

1891ஆம் வருடத்திய தமிழ்நாடு பொது வகைமைகள் சட்டத்தின் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம் 1/1891) பிரிவு 15 உடன் படிக்கப்பட்ட 1987 ஆம் வருடத்திய தமிழ்நாடு வேளாண்மை விளைபொருள் வாணிப (முறைப்படுத்துதல்) சட்டத்தின் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம் 27/1989) 9ஆம் பிரிவைச் சேர்ந்த (1)ஆம் உட்பிரிவின் கீழான கூறு (d)-ல் வழங்கப்பட்டுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் 11.09.2019 நாளிட்ட தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழின் பாகம் - II, பிரிவு 1-ன் 115ஆம் பக்கத்தில் வெளியிடப்பட்ட வேளாண்ை மத் துறையின் அறிவிக்கை எண். II(1)/AG/14/2019-ஐ ஈங்கிதனால் திரும்பப் பெறுகிறார்.

Amendment to Notification under the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act.

No. II(1)/HOPE/30/2022.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 18-B of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition Act, 1937 (Tamil Nadu Act X of 1937), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Prohibition and Excise Department Notification No.II(1)/PE/239(d)/81, published at page 2 of Part II-Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary, dated the 1st May 1981, as subsequently amended:-

In the said Notification, in the TABLE, in the Annexure under the entry "Indian Made Foreign Spirits (brand names of which are specified in the Annexure) other than sacramental wine" in column (1), under the heading "PREMIUM BRANDS", under the sub-heading "Thiruvalargal Midas Golden Distilleries Private Limited", the following entries shall be omitted, namely:-

"Mc Dowell's No. 1 Reserve Premium Whisky",

"Mc Dowell's Royal VSOP Brandy",

"Joie De Franc VSOP Deluxe Brandy".
