WITHDRAWAL FROM ACQUISITION OF LANDS

Under Sub-Section (1) of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby withdraws from acquisition of the land / lands specified in the Schedule below in respect of which notice under sub-section (1) of section 3 was published by the Transport Department at page No.9 - 15, Part II—Section 2, of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extraordinary No.313, dated the 09.07.2021, the actual possession of which was not taken by, or on behalf of the Government.
