INCLUSION OF THE NAME OF TAKSHASHILA UNIVERSITY IN THE SCHEDULE TO THE TAMIL NADU PRIVATE UNIVERSITIES ACT, 2019 (TAMIL NADU ACT 14 OF 2019)

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Tamil Nadu Private Universities Act, 2019 (Tamil Nadu Act No. 14 of 2019), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following amendment to the Schedule to the Act:-

In the said Act, in THE SCHEDULE, in tabular columns (1) (2) (3) and (4), the following entries shall, respectively, be added at the end, namely:-
