சுபகிருது, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2053.] No. II(2)/EGY/412/2022.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 14 of the Tamil Nadu Tax on Consumption or Sale of Electricity Act, 2003 (Tamil Nadu Act 12 of 2003), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby makes an exemption in respect of the Electricity Tax payable under the said Act by M/s. Apollo Tyres Limited for its expansion project for a period from the 13th May 2022 to till 7th February 2023.
