No. II(2)/ECCF/437/2022.-In exercise of the powers conferred by the last paragraph of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby appoints the District Forest Officer, Namakkal, ex-officio, to attend on behalf of the Government at the enquiry prescribed under Chapter-II of the said Act, in respect of the land of Malayampatti Forest Block proposed to be constituted as reserved forest.

No. II(2)/ECCF/436/2022.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares that it is proposed to constitute the land within the boundaries specified in the Schedule below, as reserved forest and appoints the Special Tahsildar (Forest Settlement), Attur, ex-officio, to be the Forest Settlement Officer to exercise the powers under clause (c) of the said section in respect of the said area.

BOUNDARIES.

No. II(2)/ECCF/439/2022.-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act, 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares that it is proposed to constitute the land within the boundaries specified in the Schedule below, as reserved forest and appoints the Special Tahsildar (Forest Settlement), Attur, ex-officio, to be the Forest Settlement Officer to exercise the powers under clause (c) of the said section in respect of the said area.

The schedule.

North and East.-The boundary starts from the tri-junction point of No. 59 Gidamalai Village, No. 69, R. Pudupatti Village and Bodamalai reserve forest and generally runs towards southeast along the southwestern boundary of Survey Number 456 of No. 69, R. Pudupatti Village and reaches the tri-junction point of Survey Number 456 of No. 69, R. Pudupatti Village, Survey Numbers 108 and 90 of No. 43, Malayampatti Village.

West:-Thence, the boundary generally runs towards northeast along the southeastern boundary of No. 90, Pudur Malayampatti Village and Bodamalai reserve forest and reaches the starting point.

BOUNDARIES.

No. II(2)/HFW/442/2022.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 37 of the Tamil Nadu Homoeopathy System of Medicine and Practitioners of Homoeopathy Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 5 of 1972), the Tamil Nadu Homoeopathy Medical Council makes the following amendment to the Tamil Nadu Homoeopathy Medical Council Regulations, 1973, with the previous sanction of the Government, namely:-

In the said Regulations, for regulations 25, 25-A, 25-B the following regulations shall be substituted, namely:-

"25. No employees shall, ordinarily, be continued in service after he has attained the age of,-

(i). 62 years or 2 years after the age of superannuation ordered by the Government from time to time, in case of Registrar;

(ii) 60 years or the age of superannuation ordered by the Government from time to time in the case of other categories.

The Council shall maintain a record of the services of each of its employees recording therein his rank, emoluments, promotions, leave earned and availed of. All changes effected shall be attested by the President in the case of Registrar and in other cases by the Registrar.

25-A. 1994—ஆம் ஆண்டு தமிழ்நாடு ஊராட்சிகள் சட்டம் (தமிழ்நாடு சட்டம் 21/1994) பிரிவு 125 உட்பிரிவு (2)ன்கீழ் வழங்கப்பட்ட அதிகாரத்தின்படி தமிழக ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் இந்த அறிவிக்கை தமிழ்நாடு அரசிதழில் வெளியிடப்படும் நாளிலிருந்து அட்டவணையில் குறிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளவாறு திருவண்ணாமலை, கீழ்பெண்ணாத்தூர் வட்டம், பூதமங்கலம் கிராமம், பூதமங்கலம் ஊராட்சி எல்லைக்குட்பட்ட பரப்பளவுக்கு சற்று ஏறவோ தாழவோ உள்ள நிலத்தை, ஊராட்சி சட்டத்திலிருந்து விலக்களிக்கப்படுகிறது என இதனால் அறிவிக்கிறார்:-
