Treasure Trove

No. VI(1)/256/2022.

It is hereby notified WS 5(A) of the Indian Treasure Trove Act, 1878 that the under mentioned Treasure were found in Arulmigu Subramaniyaswamy Temple, Keelatiruchendur Village of Tiruchendur Taluk in Thoothukudi District.

The persons claiming the whole Treasure or part thereof are hereby requested to appear in person or duly authorized agent before Personal Assistant (General) to Collector, Thoothukkudi District at Taluk Office Tiruchendur on 22.07.2022 at 11.00 A.M. If the claimant fails to prove with documentary evidence on that date as required it will be constrained as unclaimed and the Treasure will be forfeitured to Government under Section 6 of the Indian Treasure Trove Act, 1878.

மேலே கண்ட புதைபொருள் அல்லது அதன் ஒரு பாகத்தின் பேரில் உரிமை கொண்டாடும் எவரும் தூத்துக்குடி மாவட்ட ஆட்சியரின் நேர்முக உதவியாளர் (பொது) முன்னிலையில் நேரிலோ அல்லது அதிகாரம் பெற்ற முகவர் மூலமாகவோ திருச்செந்தூர் வட்டாட்சியர் அலுவலகத்தில் 22.07.2022 முற்பகல் 11 மணிக்கு தக்க ஆதாரங்களுடன் தங்கள் கோரிக்கையை தெரிவிக்கலாம்.

புதைபொருள் உரிமை கோரும் எவரும் தக்க ஆதாரங்களுடன் நிருபிக்காவிடில் புதைபொருள் சட்டம் பிரிவு-6ன்படி கண்டெடுக்கப்பட்ட மேற்காணும் புதைபொருளுக்கு எவரும் உரிமை கொண்டாடப்படவில்லை என தீர்மானிக்கப்பட்டு அரசுக்கு ஆதாயம் செய்யப்படும்.

Variation to the Approved Kancheepuram Master Plan for the Local Planning Area

In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) The Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby Makes the following variations to the Review Approved Master Plan of the Kancheepuram Local Planning Area under the said Act and issued in G.O.(Ms). No. 139 H & UD [UD4(2)] dated 10.05.2002, Notification No. 21, at Page No. 310 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 29th May 2002.

Draft Variation

In the said Master Plan in "LAND USE SCHEDULE" in Karuppadittattadi Village, Page No.83 under the heading Agricultural use zone and Commercial use zone the following entries should be made.

Against the entry of Commercial Use Zone, the expression 25/1A3, 1A4, 1A5 & 1B shall be substituted instead of NIL.

Against the entry of Agricultural Use zone the expression 25 the expression 25 (Except 25/1A3, 1A4, 1A5 & 1B) shall be substituted.

In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act,1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) The Governor of Tamil Nadu here by Makes the following variations to the Review Approved Master Plan of the Kancheepuram Local Planning Area under the said Act and issued in G.O.(Ms).No.139, H & UD [UD4(2)] dated 10.05.2002, Notification No. 21, at page No. 310 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 29th May 2002.

Draft Variation

In the said Master Plan in "LAND USE SCHEDULE" in Karuppadittattadi Village, Page No.83 under the heading Agricultural use zone and Commercial use zone the following entries should be made.

In exercise of power conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise and powers confirmed by the G.O. Ms.No.94, Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department, dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27 Part II-Section 2 dated 15.07.2009.

Land use zone conversion from AGRICULTURAL use zone into RESIDENTIAL use zone ordered in G.O. (2D) No.95, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(1) Department, dated 04.04.2022 subject to conditions, the following variations are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(1) dated 12.10.1994 notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under heading in Sarkar Samakulam Village in page No. 315 for S.F.Nos. 272/1B, 272/2B, 273/3, 274/1B, 274/1C 274/1D, 274/1E, 274/1F, 274/1G, 274/1H, 274/1I, 274/ lJ, 274/1K, 274/1L, 274/1M, 274/3A, 274/3B, 274/3C, 274/3D, 274/3E, 274/3F the following entries should be made.

Under the heading" Residential" use zone the expression S.No. 272/1B, 272/2B, 273/3, 274/1B, 274/1C 274/1D, 274/1E, 274/1F, 274/1G, 274/1H, 274/1I, 274/lJ, 274/1K, 274/1L, 274/1M, 274/3A, 274/3B, 274/3C, 274/3D, 274/3E, 274/3F shall be added after the entry 240 to 243.

Under the heading "Agricultural wet" use zone, the expression S.No. 258 to 272 shall be deleted and the expression S.No. 258 to 271, 272pt (Except 272/1B, 272/2B) shall be substituted and Under the heading "Agricultural dry" use zone, the expression S.No. 273 to 277 shall be deleted and the expression 273 part (Except 273/3) 274 part (Except 272/1B, 272/2B, 273/3, 274/1B, 274/1C 274/1D, 274/1E, 274/1F, 274/1G, 274/1H, 274/1I, 274/lJ, 274/1K, 274/1L, 274/1M, 274/3A, 274/3B, 274/3C,274/3D, 274/3E, 274/3F) 275 to 277 shall be substituted.

Ms.No. 94, Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department, dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27 Part II—Section 2 dated 15.07.2009.

(2D) No.67, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(1) Department, dated 07.03.2022 subject to conditions, the following variations are made to the Approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661, Housing and Urban Development (UD4(1) dated 12.10.1994 notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994.

Variation

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Ottarpalayam Village in page No. 376, 377 in S.F.No. 292/4A the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Residential use zone" the expression S.No. 292/4A shall be added after the entry S.F.No. 291.

Under the heading "Agricultural Dry", the expression S.Nos. 292 to 301 shall be deleted and the expression 292pt (Except 292/4A) 293 to 301 shall be substituted.

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of COIMBATORE Local Planning Area under heading in Village Kadampadai, Page 367 & 368 for the following S.No. 109/7, 110/1B, 111/1, 112/2 entry should be made.

Under the heading Residential (MR 28) use zone, the expression S.No. 109/7, 110/1B, 111/1, 112/2 shall be added after 88 to 90

Under the heading Agricultural (AG 53) use zone the Expression S.Nos 99 to 132 shall be deleted and the expression S.F.No 99 to 108, 109 (Except 109/7), 110 (Except 110/1B) 111 (Except 111/1), 112 (Except 112/2) shall be substituted.

In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section 2 of section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise and powers confirmed by the G.O. Ms.No. 94, Housing and Urban Development Department [UD4 (1)] dated 12.06.2009, which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, page No. 228, dated 15-7-2009 the following variations are made to the Review Master Plan for the Tiruchirappalli Local Planning area approved under the said act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department notification No. II(2)/HOU/453/2009 at page No. 319 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 2nd September 2009.

In the said Master Plan in the LAND USE SCHEDULE' under the heading Ward-A, Blok-2, T.S. No. 4/6 (Old S.F. No. 334/1pt) Manaparai Municipality, Tiruchirappalli District.

i Against the entry the expression under Residential use (MR), in Ward-A, Block-2, added new entry T.S.No. 4/6 (Old S.F. No. 334/1pt)

ii Against the entry for the expression under Agriculture Zone (AG), the following shall be omitted;
