WITHDRAWAL FROM ACQUISITION OF LANDS

Under sub-section (1) of Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purpose Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999) the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby withdraws from acquisition the land / lands specifi ed in the Schedule below in respect of which notice under sub-section (1) of section 3 was published by the Transport Department at page No.15 to 26, Part II—Section 2, of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette Extra ordinary No.356, dated the 16.10.2018, the actual possession of which was not taken by, or on behalf of the Government.
