As per the orders of the Government in G.O. (Ms) No, 27, B.C., M.B.C, & M.W.(S2) Dept, dated 19.04.2021 and as per the orders of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board in Item No. 92/21 R.C.No.3500/03/B6 Chen dt. 29.09.2021, the following amendment made in Column No.13(a), 21 and 22 of the Revised Proforma Report pertaining to Arundale Street Pallivasal, Mylapore, Chennai District.

Settled by the Board's order dated 19.4.1998 and 22.01.03 in R.C.No. 6772/C2/91/Chen, Since no such scheme.	Practice as is to be followed to public mosques as per G.O.(Ms) No. 27, Backward Class, Most Backward Class and Minority Welfare (S2) Department, dated.19.04.2021.

Remarks of the Executive Oﬃ cer	Nil	In the G.O.(Ms) No.27, Backward Class, Most Backward Class and Minority Welfare (S2) Department dated: 19.04.2021 Government that total has passed orders land comprised in T.S. No. 2024 measuring 95 grounds and 1748 Sq.ft are waqf properties and pattas has been issued in the name of Waqif family. Hence letters dt. 12.08.2021 and 17.09.2021 has been addressed to R.D.O. Mylapore to cancel the pattas issued in the name of private persons.

In exercise of powers conferred as per the provisions under Section 65 of the Waqf Act 1995, the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board in its Resolution Item No. 89/22 dated: 11.05.2022 has ordered to take over the Management of MASJID E FARKUNDA, MOSQUE STREET, MEENAKSHIPET, ROYAPURAM, CHENNAI (G S No. 200/CHEN), CHENNAI DISTRICT under the Direct Management of Tamil Nadu Waqf Board and to appoint the Superintendent of Waqfs, Chennai as its Executive Oﬃ cer.
