மேற்படி புதையல் தொடர்பாக எவரும் உரிமை கோரவில்லை என்றாலோ அல்லது கோரப்பட்ட உரிமை தக்க ஆதாரமின்மையால் நிராகரிக்கப்பட்டாலோ கண்டெடுக்கப்பட்ட புதைபொருள் உரிமையற்றது (Ownerless) என புதைபொருள் சட்டம், பிரிவு 9-ன்படி முடிவு செய்து ஆணையிடப்படும்.

"Under the powers conferred on the Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Industrial Co-operatives) under Section 137(2)(b) of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act 1983 (Act 30 of 1983), the affairs of the Vellore District Self Help Group Women Sanitary Items Manufacturers Industrial Co-operative Society Ltd., IND No. 7 have been ordered to be wound up with immediate effect by the Additional Commissioner of Industries and Commerce / Registrar of Co-operative Societies (Industrial Co-operatives), Chennai vide Proc. No. 2301/ICA2/2019-1, dated 07-06-2022.
Under Section 138(1) of the same Act, the Assistant Director (Industrial Co-operatives), District Industries Centre, Vellore hoding charge of Industrial Co-operative Wing of District Industries Centre, Ranipet has been appointed as the Official Liquidator of the said Society for the purpose of liquidation".

Under the heading "Commercial (C20) use zone, the expression S.No. 74/1A, 74/2, 74/3 shall be added before the entry 272.
Under the heading "Agricultural (AG 65") use zone, the expression 72 to 99 S.Nos. shall be deleted and the expression 72 to 73, 74 part (Except 74/1A, 74/2, 74/3) shall be substituted.

(2D) No.104 Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 08.04.2022 subject to conditions, the following variations are made to the Approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661, Housing and Urban Development [(UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994
Variation
In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Idigarai (D.D.Plan No.1 to 6) Village in page Nos. 304, 305, S.F.Nos.30/1A the following entries should be made.
Under the heading "Residential" the expression S.Nos. 30/1A shall be added before the entry 71 to 74.
Under the heading "Agricultural use zone", the expression S.Nos. 5 to 70 shall be deleted and the expression 5 to 29, 30 (except (30/1A) 31 to 70 shall be substituted.
Conditions: G.O. (2D) No.104 Housing and Urban Development Department UD4 (L.Re.1) dated 08.04.2022.
i. 15மீ சுற்றளவில் புல வரைபடம் நீா்வழிபாதை செல்வதால் உரிய துறையிடமிருந்து தடையின்மை சான்று பெறப்பட வேண்டும்.
ii. கோயம்புத்தூர் உள்ளூர் திட்டக்குழும தீர்மானம் எண். 17 நாள் 17.12.2021இல் தெரிவித்துள்ளவாறு மனையின் ஊடே புல வரைபடங்களில் அமைந்துள்ளவாறு நீா்வழிப்பாதை நிலைநிறுத்தப்பட வேண்டும்.
iii. தமிழ்நாடு ஓருங்கிணைந்த வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் கட்டிட விதிகள் 2019 க்குட்பட்டு வளர்ச்சி பணிகள் மேள்கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டும்.

In exercise of power conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise and Powers confirmed by the G.O. Ms.No.94 Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2 dated:15.07.2009.
Land use zone conversion from AGRICULTURAL use zone into RESIDENTIAL use zone ordered in G.O. (2D) No.106 Housing and Urban Development [(UD4(1)] Department dated 08.04.2022 subject to conditions, the following variations are made to the Approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661, Housing and Urban Development [(UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II Section—2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994

ii. நீர்நிலைகளை ஓட்டி மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் வளர்ச்சிக்கு தேவையான வழிமுறைகளை பின்பற்றப்படவேண்டும்.
iii. தமிழ்நாடு ஓருங்கிணைந்த வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் கட்டிட விதிகள் 2019 க்குட்பட்டு வளர்ச்சி பணிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட வேண்டும்.
