திண்டுக்கல் மாவட்டம், பழனி வட்டம், நெய்க்காரப்பட்டி உள்வட்டம், பெரியகலையம்புத்தூர் கிராமம் பள்ளி வாசல் அருகில் 12 ஆம் நூற்றாண்டு கல்வெட்டு கண்டெடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. கல்வெட்டின் விபரம் பின்வருமாறு.

மேற்காணும் புதைபொருள் தொடர்பாக புதையல் (12ஆம் நூற்றாண்டு கல்வெட்டு) மீது முழுவதுமாகவோ அல்லது பகுதியாகவோ உரிமை கோரும் அனைவரும் திண்டுக்கல் மாவட்ட ஆட்சித்தலைவரின் நேர்முக உதவியாளர் (பொது) முன்பாக நேரிலோ அல்லது தன்னால் முறைப்படி நியமிக்கப்படுகின்ற பிரதிநிதி மூலமாகவோ ஆஜராகி உரிமை மேற்கொள்ள வாய்ப்பளிக்கப்படுகிறது. மேற்படி உரிமை கோரல் தொடர்பாக திண்டுக்கல் மாவட்ட ஆட்சித்தலைவரின் நேர்முக உதவியாளர் (பொது) முன்பாக 05.09.2022 அன்று நேரிலோ அல்லது தன்னால் நியமிக்கப்படுகின்ற பிரதிநிதி மூலமாகவோ தங்கள் உரிமை தொடர்பான ஆதாரங்களுடன் நேரில் விசாரணைக்கு ஆஜராகும்படி கேட்டுக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

மேற்படி புதையல் தொடர்பாக எவரும் உரிமை கோரவில்லை என்றாலோ அல்லது கோரப்பட்ட உரிமை தக்க ஆதாரமின்மையால் நிராகரிக்கப்பட்டாலோ கண்டெடுக்கப்பட்ட புதைபொருள் உரிமையற்றது (Ownerless) என புதைபொருள் சட்டம், பிரிவு 9-ன்படி முடிவு செய்து ஆணையிடப்படும்.

Variations to the Review Approved Coimbatore Master Plan for the Local Planning Area

No. VI(1)/289/2022.

In exercise of power conferred under sub-section (4) of the Section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms.No. 19, Housing and Urban Development (4-1) Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27 Part II—Section 2 dated 15.07.2009.

Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.(2D)No.54, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 02.03.2022, the following variation are made to the approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] dated 12.10.1994 notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 09.11.1994.

Variations

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of COIMBATORE Local Planning Area under heading in Vellakinar Village under the sub heading Vellakinar D.D.Plan No.01 in Page No 230 for S.F.No. 19/3, 19/4A the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Residential use zone, the expression S.No. 19/3, 19/4A shall be added before the entry 20pt Under the heading "Agricultural" use zone, the expression S.Nos 19pt, shall be deleted and the expression 19pt (Except 19/3, 19/4A) shall be substituted.

Variation to the Approved Master Plan for Madurai Local Planning Authority

(ந.க.எண் 2781/2021/மதி.2)

No. VI(1)/290/2022.

In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), and exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms. No. 94, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 27, Part II—Section 2, dated 15.07.2009.

Land use zone conversion from Agricultural use zone into Residential use zone ordered in G.O.No.117, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department dated 26.04.2022. The following variations are made to the Master Plan of Approved Madurai Local Planning Authority under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms. No. 122, Housing and Urban Development [UD4], Department dated 06.02.1995 and Published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 7, Part II—Section 2, Page 190-191 dated 22.02.1995.

Variation

In the said Master Plan in Part II "LAND USE SCHEDULE" in Thamaraipatti Bit 2 Village of Madurai East Panchayat Union, Madurai East Taluk and Madurai District under the heading VI Agricultural use zone to I Residential use zone the following entries should be made.

Against the entry VI Agricultural use zone Thamaraipatti Bit 2 Village S.No. 15/8, 15/9, 15/10 shall be deleted.

Against the entry 'I 'Residential use zone Thamaraipatti Bit 2 Village S.No. 15/8, 15/9, 15/10 shall be added.

Land Use Zone conversion from Mixed Residential, General Industries and CRZ Use Zone into Special Industrial and Hazardous Use Zone ordered in G.O. (2D) No. 150, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(MPV-1)] Department, dated 13.06.2022 the following variations are made to the Master Plan of Consented Thoothukudi Local Planning Area under the said Act and Published in the G.O. (Ms) No. 54, Housing and Urban Development [UD4.2] Department, dated 11.01.1991 Notification at Page No. 527, of Part VI —Section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 13.05.1992.

Draft Variation

In the Consented Thoothukudi Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land Use in various survey numbers of Thoothukudi Local Planning Area in village Mullakadu, Page No. 66 & 67 in S.Nos. 226/3B, 227, 228, 229/1, 229/2, 230/3, 239 Part, 251/1B, 251/2, 252, 253/3A, 269/2A, 269/2B and 239 Part, 250/2, 270 Part and 242, 243, 244/1, 244/3, 245, 246, 247/1, 248/2A, 248/2B, 249/1B, 424/3A, 424/3B, 425, 426/1, 426/2, 427/1, 427/2, 428, 429/3B, 431/2, 432/2A, 433/1, 434/2, 435/2A1, 436/1A, 439/1,358 TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE [Part VI—Sec. 1

The following entries. Under the heading Special Industrial and Hazardous Use Zone shall be added in New.
