North.- The boundary starts from the tri-junction point of Survey Numbers 935 and 936/1 of No.57 Thirukurungudi Village and Valiyour reserved forest and generally runs towards northeast along the southern boundary of Survey Numbers 935 and 934 of No.57 Thirukurungudi Village and reaches the tri-junction point of Survey Numbers 934, 936/2 and 936/1 of No.57 Thirukurungudi Village.

East.- Thence, the boundary generally runs towards southeast along the southwestern boundary of Survey Number 936/2 of No.57 Thirukurungudi Village and reaches the tri-junction point of Survey Numbers 936/1, 936/2 and 943 of No.57 Thirukurungudi Village

No. II(2)/ECCF/595/2022.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Forest Act 1882 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1882), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares that it is proposed to constitute the land within the boundaries specified in the schedule below as reserved forest and appoints the Tahsildar, Nanguneri Taluk ex-officio, to be the Forest Settlement Officer to exercise the powers under clause (c) of the said section in respect of the said area.

No.II(2)/HOU/602/2022.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971July 20, 2022] TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE 875 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares his intention to add the areas of the following revenue Villages to the Yercaud Local Planning Area, which has been declared as such vide the Rural Development and Local Administration Department's Notification No.II(2)/RUL/4633/74, published at page 557 of Part II- Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated the 6th November 1974, namely:-

(2) The employer of the said Sangh shall submit in respect of the period during which that Sangh was subject to the operation of the said Act (hereinafter referred to as "the said period") returns, in such form and containing such particulars as were due from it in respect of the said period under the Employees' State Insurance (General) Regulations, 1950.

(3) Any Social Security Officer appointed by the Corporation under sub-section (1) of section 45 of the said Act, or other official authorised in this behalf shall, for the purpose of,-

(i) verifying the particulars contained in any return submitted under sub-section (1) of section 44 of the said Act for the said period; or

(ii) ascertaining whether registers and records were maintained as required by the Employees State Insurance (General) Regulations, 1950 for the said period; or (iii) ascertaining whether the employees continue to be entitled to the benefits provided by the employer in cash and in kind, being benefits in consideration of which exemption is being granted under this Notification; or (iv) ascertaining whether any of the provisions of the said Act had been complied with during the period when such provisions were in force in relation to the said workshops and stores be empowered to,-

No. II(2)/LWSD/603/2022.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 87 read with section 91A of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (Central Act XXXIV of 1948), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby exempts the Karur Sarvodaya Sangh, Karur from the operation of the said Act for the period of one year from 21.05.2022 to 20.05.2023.

(1) The above exemption is subject to the following conditions, namely:-

(b) enter any Sarvodaya Sangh office or other premises occupied by such principal or immediate employer at any reasonable time and require any person found in charge thereof to produce to such Social Security Officer or other official and allow him to examine such documents, books and other documents relating to the employment of persons and payment of wages or to furnish to him such information as he may consider necessary; or

(c) examine the principal or immediate employer, his agent or servant, or any person found in such Sarvodaya Sangh office or other premises, or any person when the said Social Security Officer or other official has reasonable cause to believe to have been an employee; or (d) make copies of or take extracts from any register, account book or other document maintained in such Sangh office or other premises.

1947 ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள், மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற் தகராறு, மதுரை தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.

மேலும், 1947 ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு மதுரை தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தைக் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

DR 12014) என்பவருக்கு அடுத்தக்கட்ட வருடாந்திர ஊதிய உயர்வு ஏதேனும் இருப்பின் அதனை மூன்று ஆண்டு காலத்திற்கு அதன் திரண்ட பயனுடன் (w.c. effect) நிறுத்தம் செய்தும் குற்றச்சாட்டு தொடர்பாக எற்கனவே தற்காலிக வேலைநீக்கத்திலிருந்த 24.02.2018 முதல் 1947 ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள், மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற் தகராறு, மதுரை தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.

மேலும், 1947 ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு மதுரை தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தைக் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

No.II(2)/LWSD/607/2022.—இந்த ஆணையின் இணைப்பில் குறிப்பிட்டுள்ள பொருள் தொடர்பாக, தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்துக் கழகம் திருநெல்வேலி லிட், நாகர்கோவில் மண்டலம் என்ற நிர்வாகத்திற்கும், தமிழ்நாடு அரசு போக்குவரத்து கழக குமரி, நெல்லை, தூத்துக்குடி மாவட்ட ஓட்டுநர்கள், நடத்துநர்கள் பாதுகாப்புச் சங்கம், நாகர்கோவில் என்ற தொழிற் சங்கத்திற்குமிடையே தொழிற் தகராறு எழுந்துள்ளது என்று அரசு கருதுவதாலும்;

மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற் தகராறை தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;

1947 ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் (மத்திய சட்டம் XIV/1947) 10(1)(c) பிரிவிலும், 10(1)(d) பிரிவின் வரம்பு நிபந்தனையிலும் வழங்கியுள்ள அதிகாரங்களைக் கொண்டு தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள், மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற் தகராறு, திருநெல்வேலி தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்பப்பட வேண்டும் என்று இதனால் ஆணையிடுகிறார்.

மேலும், 1947 ஆம் ஆண்டு தொழிற் தகராறுகள் சட்டத்தின் 10(2A) பிரிவின்கீழ், இந்த ஆணையைப் பெற்றுக்கொண்ட நாளிலிருந்து மூன்று மாதங்களுக்குள் தீர்ப்பு அளிக்குமாறு திருநெல்வேலி தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத்தைக் கேட்டுக் கொள்ளப்படுகிறது.

மேற்சொன்ன தொழிற் தகராறை தொழிலாளர் நீதிமன்றத் தீர்விற்கு அனுப்புவது அவசியமென்று தமிழ்நாடு ஆளுநர் அவர்கள் கருதுவதாலும்;

B. சண்முகன் (பணி எண்.சி 24149) என்பவருக்கு 1) அவரது ஊதியத்திலிருந்து ரூ.500/- பிடித்தம் செய்து நிர்வாகம் பிறப்பித்த 30.09.2019 நாளிட்ட உத்தரவை இரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும். 2) அவரது ஊதியத்திலிருந்து ரூ.500/- பிடித்தம் செய்து நிர்வாகம் பிறப்பித்த 04.02.2020 நாளிட்ட உத்தரவை இரத்து செய்ய வேண்டும் 3) 19.12.2019-ஆம் தேதி முதல் 06.01.2000 வரை உள்ள கால கட்டத்திற்கு முறைப்படி மருத்துவ சான்றிதழ்களுடன் விடுப்பு விண்ணப்பம் சமர்ப்பித்துள்ளதால். நிர்வாகம் ஆப் சென்ட் என்று வருகை பதிவேட்டில் குறியீடு செய்துள்ளதை மருத்துவ விடுப்பாக மாற்றி அதற்கான ஊதியத்தை வழங்க வேண்டும். 4) 07.01.2020 ஆம் தேதி முதல் 03.02.2020 வரையிலான காலகட்டத்திற்கு முழு ஊதியத்தை வட்டியுடன் வழங்க வேண்டும் என்ற தொழிற்சங்கத்தின் கோரிக்கை நியாயமானதுதானா்? ஆம் எனில் உரிய உத்தரவு பிறப்பிக்கவும்.
