No. 225/2022.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 13 of the Criminal Porcedure Code 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the following 7 Tahsildar Trainees in 7 Revenue Districts respectively, to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 180 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and is exercise of powers conferred by the G.O.Ms.No.94, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated: 12th June 2009 which has been published in the Tamil Nadu Goverment Gazette (Issue No.27), Part II—Section 2, Page No.228, dated: 15th July 2009. The following variations are made to the Master Plan for the Kumbakonam Local Planning Area approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notifi cation No. II(2)/HOU/552/2005 at page 290 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated 29th June 2005.

(1) against the entry "Agricultural AGW-9", for the expression "53 to 58, 60 to 63", the expression "53 to 55, 56pt, 57pt, 58pt, 61pt, 62, 63 (except 56/1, 56/2, 56/3,57/2, 58/1,58/2,60 and 61/3)" shall be substituted.

(2) against the entry "Educational (Institutional)", the expression "56/1, 56/2, 56/3, 57/2, 58/1, 58/2, 60 and 61/3" shall be added.

Conditions:

1. The existing college building should satisfy the Development Control Rules.

2. Since, the channel is running on the northern of the boundary NOC shall be obtained from competent authority and also should be satisfy the conditions laid by the competent authority.
