In exercise of the powers conferred under section 33(2) of Town and Country Planning Act 1971, the Director of Town and Country Planning Chennai-107, hereby confirms the following variation for Deletion of A-A 60.0m Scheme Road part, S.F.No.1/1D, 1/2pt in Kumarapettai Village, Cuddalore Taluk, Cuddalore District to the Approved Pathirikuppam Detailed Development Plan No.2 of Cuddalore Local Planning Area, by Director Town and Country Planning, Proceedings in Roc. No. 2015/2008/DP1, Dated:18.03.2011 and the fact of this approval in Form No.12 published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No. 20, Part VI—Section 1, Page No.239 Dated 01.06.2011, Publication No.VI(1)/244/2011 and the said draft notification published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.20 Part VI—Section 1, Page No.259 & 260, dated:- 19.05.2021, PubIication No.VI(1)/150/2021.

Since no objections and suggestions have been received on this draft notification with in the stipulated time, the same are here by confirmed and ordered as below.

Confirmation of Variation

1. Whenever the expression Pathirikuppam Detailed Development PIan No.2, Map No.4 & 5 DDP(VR)/ DTCP No.18/2011, occurs the expression of DDP (V)/DTCP No. 13/2021 should be added at the end and to be read with.

2. Based on the Variation the details specified in Pathirikuppam Detailed Development Plan No.2, A-A 60.0m Scheme Road Part shall be deleted or substituted accordingly.

2. Any person affected or interested in this draft variation may within SIXTY DAYS from the date of publication of this notification in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette can represent in person or submit in writing to the Member Secretary Municipal Commissioner of Cumbum Local Planning Authority / Municipality any objection and suggestions relating thereto.

3. The Variation with plan may be inspected free of cost at any time during office hours at the above said Local Planning Authority office.

Variation

1. Where the expression Map No.4, DDP (MR) / DTCP No. 87/1994 occurs the expression of DDP (V)/DTCP No. 04 / 2022 shall be added at the end and to be read with.

2. In Schedule No. IV (Form No.7) the against in Sl.No.7 in Column 2, Comprising T.S.No.6/25 and 6/26 shall be deleted.

3. The draft made enforceable from the date of publication of the confirmed variation notification to be issued under section 33(2) of the Act in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette.

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Thirumalayampalayam Village, page Nos. 341 to 343 of S.F.No.8/1B the following entries should be made.

Under the heading " Residential" use zone the expression S.No.8/1B shall be added before the entry S.F.Nos.14 to 21.

Under the heading "Agricultural " use zone, the expression S.Nos. 4 to 11 shall be deleted and the expression 4 to 7, 8pt (Except 8/1B), 9 to 11 shall be substituted.

(2D) No.158 Housing and Urban Development (UD4(1) Department dated 14.06.2022 the following variations are made to the Approved Master Plan of Coimbatore Local Planning Area under the said Act and published in the G.O.Ms.No. 661 Housing and Urban Development (UD4(1) dated 12.10.1994 Notification No. II(2)/HOU/4377/94 at Page No. 1078 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated.09.11.1994

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan, under the heading permitted Land use in various survey numbers of Coimbatore Local Planning Area, under heading in Arisipalayam Village, page No. 344 for S.F.Nos.45/2, 46/2 the following entries should be made.

Under the heading "Residential" use zone the expression S.No.45/2, 46/2 shall be added before the entry S.F.Nos.135 to 139.

Under the heading "Agricultural " use zone, the expression S.Nos. 43 to 49 shall be deleted and the expression 43, 44, 45pt (Except 45/2), 46pt (Except 46/2), 47 to 49 shall be substituted.

In the Approved Coimbatore Master Plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of COIMBATORE Local Planning Area under heading in Village Neelambur 360 to 362, following S.No/R.S.No. 813/2A1, 813/2A2, 813/2A3 & 813/2A4 entry should be made.

Under the heading Residential (MR23) use zone the following SF.Nos. 813/2A1, 813/2A2, 813/2A3 & 813/2A4 shall be added after 800Pt.

Under the heading Agricultural (AG-48) use zone the following S.Nos. 811 to 816 shall be deleted. The expression SF No:811,812,813 (Except 813/2A1, 813/2A2, 813/2A3 & 813/2A4) 814 to 816 shall be substituted.

No. 233/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred under the Section 18 of the Criminal Procedure Code 1973 (Central Act 2 of 1974), the High Court hereby appoints the following 8 Tahsildars in Chennai District, to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 120 days, from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.
