FORM OF NOTICE UNDER SUB-SECTION (1) OF SECTION 3 OF THE TAMIL NADUACQUISITION OF LAND FOR INDUSTRIAL PURPOSESACT, 1997 READ WITH THE TAMIL NADU LANDACQUISITION LAWS (REVIVAL OF OPERARION,AMENDENT AND VALIDATION) ACT, 2019

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit to SIPCOT - Establishing Oil Refi nery Project and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Managing Director, SIPCOT, Chennai. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of for Land Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section(1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below measuring 13.2600 hectares to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purpose wit, for SIPCOT Establishing Oil Refi nery Project.

The plan of the lands are kept in the Offi ce of the Special DRO (LA), Thoothukkudi and Special Tahsildar (LA), Unit 01, Thoothukkudi may be inspected on any day during offi ce hours.

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specified in the Schedule below to be acquired for industrial purpose to wit to the formation of doubling of Broad Gauge Railway Track between Nagercoil to Eraniel in Kurunthencode 'B' Village, Kalkulam Taluk of Kanniyakumari District, and it having already been decided that the amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds controlled or managed by the Southern Railways. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

The Government of Tamil Nadu having been satisfi ed that the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below have to be acquired for industrial purposes, to wit for the expansion of Mine-II, Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited, and having already been decided that the entire amount of compensation to be awarded for the lands are to be paid out of the funds managed by the Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited. The following notice is issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999).

NOTICE

Under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Tamil Nadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial purposes Act, 1997 (Tamil Nadu Act 10 of 1999), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby acquires the lands specifi ed in the Schedule below and measuring 4.00.50 Hect., to the same, a little more or less needed for industrial purposes, to wit, for the expansion of Mine–II of Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited.

The plans of the lands are kept in the Special Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition), Neyveli-2 and may be inspected at during offi ce hours.
