(iii) ascertaining whether the employees continue to be entitled to the benefits provided by the employer in cash and in kind, being benefits in consideration of Renewal of Exemption granted to M/s. Sivagangai District which exemption is being granted under this Co-operative Milk Producers Union Limited, Karaikudi Notification; or
for the Certain Period under the Employees' State
Insurance Act.
(iv) ascertaining whether any of the provisions of the said Act had been complied with during the period when [G.O. (D). No. 433, Labour Welfare and Skill Development (L1), 30th August 2022, ஆவணி 14, சுபகிருது, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2053.]
No.II(2)/LWSD/758/2022.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 87 read with Section 91A of the Employees' State Insurance Act, 1948 (Central Act XXXIV of 1948), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby exempts M/s.Sivagangai District Co-operative Milk Producers Union Limited, Karaikudi from the operation of the said Act for the further period of one year from 01.04.2022 to 31.03.2023.
(1) The above exemption is subject to the following conditions, namely:-
(a) The aforesaid Management wherein the employees employed shall maintain a Register showing the names and designations of the exempted employees.
(b) Notwithstanding the exemption, the employees shall continue to receive such benefits under the said Act to which they might have become entitled to on the basis of the contributions paid prior to the date from which exemption granted by this Notification operates.
(c) The contribution for the exempted period, if already paid shall not be refunded.
(2) The employer of the said management shall submit in respect of the period during which that such provisions were in force in relation to the said workshops and stores be empowered to,- (a) require the principal or immediate employer to furnish to him such information as he may consider necessary; or
(b) enter any management, office or other premises occupied by such principal or immediate employer at any reasonable time and require any person found in charge thereof to produce to such Social Security Officer or other official and allow him to examine such documents, books and other documents relating to the employment of persons and payment of wages or to furnish to him such information as he may consider necessary; or
(c) e x a m i n e t h e p r i n c i p a l o r i m m e d i a t e employer, his agent or servant, or any person found in such management office or other premises, or any person when the said Social Security Officer or other official has reasonable cause to believe to have been an employee; or
(d) make copies of or take extracts from any register, account book or other document maintained in such management office or other premises.

(3) Any Social Security Officer appointed by the Corporation under sub-section (1) of Section 45 of the said Act, or other official authorised in this behalf shall, for the purpose of,-
(i) verifying the particulars contained in any return submitted under sub-section (1) of Section 44 of the said Act for the said period; or
(ii) ascertaining whether registers and records were maintained as required by the Employees State Insurance (General) Regulations, 1950 for the said period; or

ஆவணி 8, சுபகிருது, திருவள்ளுவர் ஆண்டு-2053.] No.II(2)/FIN/765/2022.— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (bb) of Section 16 of the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tenders Act, 1998 (Tamil Nadu Act 43 of 1998), the Governor of Tamil Nadu hereby declares to engage the Messrs India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited (IIFCL) as 'Advisors/ Consultants' for setting up and operationalizing of a "Resource Mobilization Cell" (RMC) in Finance Department to monitor and follow up on the release of funds available under various Central Sector Schemes and Centrally Sponsored Schemes of the Government of India.

North.- The boundary starts from the tri-junction point of No.52, Velayuthampalayam Village (at Survey Number 597), Pannamalai Reserved Forest and No.36, Puthur Village and runs towards southeast along the southwestern boundary of Survey Number 2 of No.52, Velayuthampalayam Village and reaches the tri-junction point of Survey Numbers 2, 3 and 597 of No.52, Velayuthampalayam Village.
East.- Thence, the boundary generally runs towards southwest, southeast and south along the western boundary of Survey Numbers 3, 5, 6, 7,4 and 8 of No.52, Velayuthampalayam Village and it reaches the junction point of Survey Numbers 8, 10, 11 and 597 of No.52, Velayuthampalayam Village.
South.- Thence, the boundary generally runs towards southwest along the northern boundary of Survey Numbers 11, 12 and 13 of No.52, Velayuthampalayam Village and it reaches the junction point of Survey Numbers 13, 596 and 597 of No.52, Velayuthampalayam Village and Pannamalai Reserved Forest.
West.- Thence, the boundary runs towards north along the eastern boundary of Pannamalai Reserved Forest and reaches the starting point.

Dindigul Division, Dindigul ex-officio, to attend on behalf of
the Government at the inquiry prescribed under Chapter-II of
